    BIC: Alaric knew the footsteps were getting closer. It sounds like at least two people are coming my way. He tried summoning his blade back but to no avail. "Damn it! That scythe still has it's effect on me. Come on work..." He tried again and his hands caught fire but still no sword. "I guess that will have to do for now."

    Alaric put his hood up. It would be wise to make sure nobody would see his face. "I never knew Death could do that with his scythe. To disable the use of my powers...if I'm going to fight him again I better be more careful. It could cost me my life." Alaric laughed at himself. I'm a Seraphim! Death shouldn't scare me! But if I leave this world so many people would die because I am not here to protect them. The footsteps were coming even closer. Alaric could sense that the people that were running towards him were not human. "Just what I need...more trouble."

    Alaric could finally see who was running. It was a catgirl holding a small white wolf in one hand. He saw the one who was chasing them. It was another wolf, but this wolf was much larger than any wolf he had seen in 10 years. I guess I should help them, although I think I might scare her off...my hands are on fire and I am wearing my hood...oh well that can't be helped.
