It's just I've spent two years teaching myself to not eat when I'm not hungry cause I was really quite big. About 13 stone *cringe* So it's really hard to eat.

I dunno what that measurement is though - meh. Though I think I get what you mean. Just don't let it get out of hand, if you look like you're sick then that can't be good.
