I... don't think we even had detention in our schools. It's always sounded like a scary thing about schools to me, like a myth. There were loads of notes to the parents tho. :>

 

They just rearage the detention or bump it up a after-school detention here. And to be honest I felt, and still feel, so sh*tty I couldn't care less about getting in trouble. I get so emo when I'm ill it's not even funny lol. I think I told the teacher in a speaky "I'm about to cry" voice "F*ck off I ain't f*cking doing a f*cking detention I ain't done anything wrong! You can't punish me for being ill." O_o

I've been suspened before now so a Lunch time doesn't bother me much, but like hell I was going to be punished for being sick...>_>

 

Hmm - maybe you should explain how sick you are feeling once calmed down. The quote did sound hysteric, maybe they won't take you seriously? Of course, I don't know your teachers or how they act so I can't tell for certain.

 

I got let off of it, I was ment to go in and do a catch up today but to be honest no one else in the class did the work either. And I'm the one with the excuse and I get punished? I hate my maths teachers, I really do... ¬_¬

I know I sounded nuts but that's how bad I was yesterday. I honestly think I would of been sent home if I'd been at a workplace. I could barley do anything I was so drowsey.

 

OHH! I didn't mean lunch detention... I meant after school detention that goes to 5:30 pm (AKA ISS (in school suspension)) We don't have lunch detention cuz the teachers don't wanna waste their time... we go straight to getting a refferal... O_o

lol I almost passed our during our volleyball game yesterday because I was so tired... XP and the other school's gym was reeeeeeeeaaaaaallllyyyyy hot... and heat makes me tired and dizzy... >_>

I believe I've had one week's worth of detention, and one Saturday detention. The week-one for getting into a fight, and the Saturday...for getting into a fight...I'm beginning to see a pattern, now...

 

Still the same thing, we just get issued another one. Then a SLT Detention (with Senior Management) then internal, then external suspention. I'm normally OK-ish behaved so they tend to over look it. And I was on suicide watch a little while ago which earned me the rank of Cranky Emo so I can get away with stropps like that. ^^'

God knows how many lunch times, two after schools for no homework and a internal for atatcking some one. :O

Yeah, I tried to run out into a busy road coz some girls where yelling stuff at me coz I'd had ago at their, and I quote, "Mate's, sister's, step-sister's boyfriend's, ex-girlfriend who is now dating some one else's uncle nephew's half-sister." I mean wtf!

I'm probably the goody-two-shoes type... y'know... straight A's... never gets in trouble... teacher's pet... never gets involved in the drama (until this year... -_-)... that sort of stuff...

 

Yeah, it sounds like your school has some...interesting (loosely-put) people.

Destiny: I didn't actually start any of the fights. I was trying to break up a fight and I got the week detention. As for the Saturday one, I told a kid to shut up, he shoved me, a teacher saw...blah, blah.

 

My town has a LOT of Chavs... Like white trash and gangsters rolled into one with some bad grammer thrown it.

Well, I've been bullied since year one and about 3 years ago I decided to grow a back bone. Yeah, that didn't go down to well. =/

although u might wanna be careful breaking up fights... my sister tried to once and she ended up getting punched hard in the face... O_o she got a black eye and everything...

Since, at the time, I was twice as big as the other kids, they wouldn't have been able to hurt me much.

 

For some reason that quote made me think of pirates.. O.o

All we had in our school trouble wise were some who tried being cool by interrupting class, secretly destroying equipment or making stupid nicknames. I remember one boy who made the teacher so angry that he slapped him - the teacher quit the day after.

 

Last fight I broke up was between to Manga freaks fighting over book 1 of Naruto. O_o

The boy wanted to look at the sexy jutsus and the girl wanted to see Naruto and Sausuke kiss. I swear year 7's and 8's are pervier then I was at there age!

lol, I heard that! Back in my day (can't believe I just said that!), we didn't really have manga, but my class was just as bad. I wasn't like that, for some odd reason. I just didn't see the 'big deal', lol.
