The Half-Gods

OOC: Not all the gods wanted to kill their children but the higher gods saw them as too much of a threat. Plus Leah's dad was human, her mum was a goddess. She's not Sithos' daughter.

Bic: Leah moved closer to Takou, her eyes widening, "He wanted to kill his own children?"

 

OOC: Demetrio's dad was the god of hell and was sitho's best friend but didnt agree with his methods.

BIC: "hmph that is to be expected of the greater gods but one question i have is why wait to kill us now? why not just kill the infant before they become a threat?"

 

"Because gods are immortal, therefore their children would be"

 

"Because your powers are coming in now. They didn't know you'd get powers at all," Alphonce explained. He put the list away they didn't need convincing.

 

"Okay, so they knew about us the whole time?...Wait" She turned to Takou, "Are you suggsting we're immortal?"

 

"No, I'm suggesting that they found a way to turn us mortal then use the Murews to finish us off"

OOC: can we please quote stuff, i have no idea who's talking to whom here..

 

"No your not. If you were then there would be no point in sending us to kill you," Alphonce said. He failed to metion that it was possiable that they could become imortal however there was no proof of that... yet.

 

"So, you're suggesting we used to be immortal but aren't any more? I'm confused" Leah said, rubbing her head.

 

"Thats exactly what I'm saying, how else would you explain it?"

"How about I put this plainly for you; your not and never have been imortal," Alphonce explained speaking slowly, "the reason you weren't killed early in life is because the gods thought you'd be regular people. But then you got powers so they began to worry."

 

ooc: quit confusing me...

BIC:.."Impossible, we would have had to be immortal at some point"

 

"Why would we have to be immortal? Anyway, still we've got a problem, what are we going to do?" Leah frowned

 

"No idea, looks like we're gonna have to hide out here until we come up with something"

 

"Yes the orgional problem. What next? Run forever? They'll catch up evenchuly. Hide? They can smell you out. Fight? They'll just keep coming until they finaly kill you," Alphonce said. He made it seem pointless, "but with somone with inside knowlage of your powers aswell as the gods you might stand a chance. All I ask is one small favor."

 

"Whats that?" he asked, frowning with his good eye.

 

Opal looked at the Murew suspiciously, she still didn't trust him but they may have no choice.

 

"I want you to kill one god," Alphonce said flatly, "I'm under his employ and no longer wish to be."

 

"Okay, and which god is this? And how are we meant to kill a god?" Leah asked, frowning.

 

"The only way i can think of is to turn he or she mortal first"

 

"No one is truly immortal. There are a few wepons that can kill gods which ironicly belong to gods. The one in praticular is Sithos. And you can use his own sword," Alphonce explained.
