The Half-Gods

Takou couldn't feel Leah shaking him. He was panicking, he saw large bricks fall from the buildings above.

 

Kansu looked up but he was too late, bricks hammered down on him causing him to fall to the ground. He made a unnatural high-pitch sound in pain as he was crushed. But he soon began to chuck the bricks of him and stand up. He growled, this was only a hindrance and each thing the boy did only made his resolve stronger. He was going to enjoy killing that boy.


Leah shook Takou harder and shreiking for him to wake up, tears streaming down her invisible cheeks.

 

Takou's eyes closed then opened again. "Wha..."

 

Kansu got up and moved stealthily towards them.

Leah shook Takou even harder, "Please, please, wake up! I'm begging you, wake up! We need to get out of here! Please wake up!" Leah was crying hard unaware he couldn't see her.

 

"Leah?.."He looked across at Kansu. "Holy ****" He hugged onto her and moved away.

 

OOC: He can't see her

Bic: "You're awake! Quick, we need to get out of here! Hurry!" She hugged him back and them began to run away, holding his hand behind her.

Kansu snarled and leapt quickly near to them.

 

OOC: well considerign shes was the only person near him when his vision went and he was hugging her at the time, he can't move when like that so it would only be natural if he was still hugging her when he came back.

BIC:

Takou sped up, pulling her along.

 

Leah sped up and equaled his speed, she squeezed his hand and glanced behind her, she couldn't see the monster. Where had it gone? She ran even faster in panic.

Kansu had moved out of there sight and was moving extremely fast to intercept them. They were in for a suprise.

 

"This way" He suddenly sprinted off down a slim allway.

 

Leah nodded still unaware he couldn't see her and followed him closely but no longer holding his hand.

Kansu was waiting for them at the end of the path and frowned when they didn't appear, unless they were very slow they should of got there by then. He'd given them a bigger fright than that. He snarled in fustration and made his way steadily back down the path.

 

Takou stopped to catch his breath. "Leah.." he whispered "You have to keep ahold of my hand, i can't see you, if you let go then theres a good chance that i won't be able to protect you"

 

Leah frowned, he couldn't see her? She thought he must be messing with her but this was no time to muck about with her. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, standing straight in front of him.

 

He held out his hand, not sure if she was still with him or not. "Leah, i'm serious, i can't see you, i need you to take my hand"

 

She still didn't believe him but went to hold his hand to make him happy, as she put her hand out she realised she couldn't see her own hand. She shreiked and jumped back in suprise, turning visible as she fell back into the wall. Her mouth dropped open in suprise, he was right, she had been invisible. She rubbed her head, it was all like a dream - a boy who could hurt people by just willing it, a horrid monster and now her turning invisible.

 

"good,I don't think it noticed us go down here,so I think we're safe as long as we don't make too much noise" he smiled.

 

Leah nodded absently, and a huge grin spread across her face, "I-I'm special. I can do something special. Oh my, wow, just wow" She laughed being careful to keep the noise down and hugged Takou.

 

He suddenly cripled over looking at his arm. A thin blue line like a marking spread down both sides of his face.

 

OOC: One of her powers will be to heal but I'm guessing that won't help him.

Bic:
Leah looked at him caringly, "Are you okay, um, can I help somehow? Wait, I should of not let you hurt him, oh I'm so sorry" She looked panicing at him, not sure what to do.

 

OOC: No, it won't...

BIC:

He looked up at her. "Don't worry about it" He said through gritted teeth. "I-I'm used to it"

 

Sylis was on top of a building not on the move but he is getting a good look of his location and enviroment. Laughing small sparks of electricity where going between its fingers it decided to mess with humans.
