The Hatchet Is Buried

PLOT​

Vexen ran through the castle located in The World That Never Was. His eyes found Xemnas not too far away. Vexen rushed up to him. "Superior! I have urgent news!" He announced. Xemnas turned his head towards Vexen. "What might that be?"
"Twilight Town..." He breathed, catching his breath from running. "It's being invaded..." He paused as he breathed and looked at the Superior.
"Isn't that all for the good then?" Xemnas kept his cold eyes on Vexen.
"No..." He stopped for a second. "It's being invaded by the dead..." The Superior raised an eyebrow, traces of surprise etched in his expression. "The other Worlds have been invaded as well." Vexen made eye contact with the Superior for a split-second. "I've done research and our World could be next." The Superior showed no thought to this statement.
"Sir, our race isn't immune to this virus." He finished. The Superior had small signs of fear throughout him. He looked at the ground for a few minutes as he thought and was brought back to the real world by the sound of footsteps.

His eyes narrowed as he recognized his worst enemy. Sora. Riku. Kairi. They invaded his castle yet again. Weapons drawn they stood a few feet from them.
"The Worlds have gone insane." Sora said to Xemnas. "We came here for..." His eyes diverted from Xemnas' as he took time to swallow his pride. "...Protection..." He mumbled.
"My apologies. I couldn't hear you." Xemnas looked down at Sora.
"We need protection!" Sora shouted and glared at Xemnas. Xemnas looked at Vexen comprehensively. "We weren't sure if you guys had already gotten the virus. We figured it would make a good haven." Riku commented. Xemnas looked at them all and their keyblades vanished with the look he gave them.

Xemnas nodded to the trio and turned his back to them as he started away. Sora looked at his two best friends with a smile on his face. Vexen couldn't help but to feel a little resent for the group of friends but he knew better than to make enemies again. The hatchet was buried. "Xemnas will let the Organization know not to attack you in the next meeting." Vexen said to them. "Which will be within the next few hours." Vexen turned on his heel and headed away from Sora, Riku and Kairi.

SUMMARY​

The dead have come back to life in the Worlds. Enemies must join together as allies to conquer this force. Sora, Kairi, and Riku have been able to seek out mercy from Xemnas' non-existent Heart and must join forces with the Organization to fight the Undead. Other Nobodies and Somebodies are showing up at The World That Never Was or being found by Organization XIII to help strengthen their numbers. Nobody is immune to this virus. The only option is to fight it and stay alive.

RULES​

-Characters will die. Don't worry if yours does. They can come back unless their head is destroyed. :D
-This is for fun have fun with it!
-I will be doing RDR:Undead Nightmare scenarios. Such as finding the four horses of the apocalypse, unicorns etc.
-By chance of reading all the rules say 'Enemies Unite' in your first post.
-Castle Oblivion and The World That Never Was are safe havens. For now.
-You can play up to 4 characters. Just be sure to care for them all.
-Any characters that don't have a player can be played by you temporarily.
-You can have your own character
-Please DO NOT play 4 of your own characters. I'd really like if you guys played an Organization member or Sora, Riku, or Kairi instead of just an OC.
-Stay active. If you can't PM me.

Powers: She can shapeshift in a wolf.
Other: Xioimara is about 5 feet tall in her wolf appearance. She has yellow eyes, red fur with a white snout, front legs, belly, and a white streak that goes from the back of her hind legs to her toes.

Other: Knowledgeable in various random things. Was originally going to be a pharmacist. Is looking for love since the apocalypse is upon them. Prefers not to talk about what happened before she was found and after the apocalypse happened

AIDES IN THE FIGHT AGAINST THE UNDEAD​

FOUR HORSES OF THE APOCALYPSE
Pestilience- A gray, decaying, horse. It has a rancid, deathly smell that deters enemies. Pestilience is virtually impossible to kill.
War- A black horse with fire for mane. War lights the undead on fire.
Famine- A gray horse. Famine can gallop forever with unlimited stamina. Famine has a swarm of locusts that will attack any enemies.
Death- A black horse. Wherever Death goes a earthquake follows in its midst. These tremors will kill any zombies upon impact.

OTHER MYTHICAL CREATURES
Unicorns- A gray horse with a horn and has cloven hooves. Wherever this horse goes a rainbow will follow along with a trail of butterflies.
Chupacabra- A rare creature. Resembles a mix of a hyena and a boar. It has green fur, red eyes and a back of quills. Can be broken and used to attack the undead.
Phoenix- Rare but when found are usually broken by the Organization. They can be used to light enemies on fire when commanded.

RULES OF ZOMBIES
One. They are sensitive of light and fear it to an extent. Keyblades and fire can come in handy for this. Sunlight doesn't bother them.
Two. They are slow and can be easy to trick.
Three. They are very difficult to deter when they have numbers.

Well, I've always heard of the description of it being something with a kangaroo's legs[maybe] and something about fangs[like a bat?] and something about goats.....oh right, it ate goats[well, their blood] and possibly something about a snake[maybe that was the fang part. or its tail was. Wait. no that sounds more like the chimera.] .....Something like that. But I guess it hardly matters now. XD Hahaha....

So when're we starting? Do we have enough people?

 

"We don't have much time left." Xemnas announced to the Organization and their new allies. "Their numbers are only increasing..." He continued dryly. Despite his emotionless appearance, despair seemed to be over coming the Superior. "Broken creatures?" He asked looking over at a teenage girl.
"We have managed to bring back two undead horses. Both unbroken." She started to recite. "Three chupacabras. Two in training and one is currently broken and prepared to fight." Xioimara stopped and looked back at Xemnas.
"Is that it?" He asked patiently.
"Three falcons. Two alive and prepared to fight the undead. One undead but broken and able to fight. We have one phoenix recently bore of its ashes."
"Very well." The Superior closed his eyes for a second and looked over at The Graceful Assassin. "Report of Castle Oblivion?"

"All members are safe." Marluxia started. "Light damage on the outer walls however." He added and paused. "Nothing that can't be repaired. No known undead on the premises."
"Take shifts patrolling the area." Xemnas nodded to Marluxia. "Also have shifts patrolling the basements and upper floors." He stopped for a moment. "Barricade any doors, holes in any walls, and any windows." His eyes looked over at Sora and the other somebodies. "If you need to leave or get into Castle Oblivion, one of us will transport you." He met eyes with Sora as he said this.

"Have we had any progression on finding a cure?" Xemnas looked at Vexen.

 

Angel was nervous. Every time a new day started, she was always afraid it would be her last. She thought the day she was saved would be her last. Before she was saved of course. Since then she's been trying to help in any way she can. Such as finding a cure. Before this all happened, she had just entered college, on her way to become a pharmacist in another 8 years or so. Sure, she didn't know enough to spearhead the project, but she did know some chemistry. Would it be enough to help Vexen? Angel was certain that the Organization hadn't decided to just save her because she was pretty and helpless. No, it was because she had managed to fend off zombies with a sword, long enough for them to get to her and get out. However, she was tired of zombie duty. Every day, she thought the zombies may be getting smarter in coming up with a good solution to the barricade issue to get to fresh brains. The main problem was asking Vexen or Xemnas. Angel was terrified of Vexen. His smile, his figure, and especially his laugh. But this was to help stop this madness! For now, she waited patiently to ask Vexen after the status update was done.

 

"Somewhat" Vexen muttered. "We're still testing the prototype, and even if that works we'll have to prepare another batch, which will take quite a while considering the ingredients we need are very scarce now that this abomination has ravaged the worlds." He tapped his fingers on the arm rest of his chair, finding himself tapping along to the beat of one of Demyx's songs.

 

"Um...excuse me, Vexen, but, could I have a moment with you?" asked Angel hesitantly. She stepped over to the side a short distance away from the group. She made sure that they'd be within earshot if Xemnas or someone else called them back. Angel cleared her throat as she stared at the ground, her right hand gripping the handle of her sword nervously for comfort. "I wanted to ask you, if...if you needed an assistant." she blurted out hurriedly. Her face turned bright red as she said the last part. W-wait. Why am I so nervous? It's not like I'm confessing my love for him. I'm just asking to be his assistant.

 

Vexen rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "An assistant hmm?" He frowned at her turning bright red but pretended to ignore it and carried on. "I've never had a proper assistant before...I assume you've got all the necessary requirements?" He glanced at her sword, was she going to sushi slice him if he said no or something? The way she as grasping it certainly made him think as much.

 

"Uh..well, before...all this, uh, happened. I was studying chemistry in college. So..." trailed Angel. She looked to the side, away from Vexen, still, but less nervous. Soon she met his gaze and noticed that he looking at her tight clutch on her sword before quickly releasing her grip on it and looking back down to the floor, her face once again bright as a tomato's. It always calmed her to have a tight grip on the sword ever since the apocalypse happened. "Sorry about that," she mumbled.

 

"No need." Vexen said. He could understand why she would grip her sword like that, but doing it during a conversation wouldn't really do much for her reputation. "I'll give you a test or two first before I officially consider making you my apprentice." He gave her one of his trademark but creepy smiles.

 

Angel raised her head with a happy look in her eye when it sounded like Vexen would consider her. She wasn't too excited about the test and wished that it wouldn't be ungodly difficult like the tests that her professor gave the class. As she was pondering over whether she could still recall all the information from that class, Angel happened to catch that creepy grin of Vexen's. She grimaced in response before quickly turning it into a nervous smile. She hoped he didn't notice that. "Oh, thank you for giving me a chance! I promise you, I'll try my best!" Angel said happily to him to quickly end the conversation before she embarrassed herself further.

 

"Very well..." Xemnas sighed. He closed his eyes to think for a moment. "Roxas. Xioimara." He started and opened his eyes looking from Roxas to Xioimara. "After this meeting find out what Vexen needs for the experiments." His eyes switched over to Roxas. "You are in charge of going to the worlds to find them." Back to Xioimara. "Bring a creature for protection...
Xioimara looked over at Roxas. It's not that she didn't trust Roxas but it was more of the fact that she tried to avoid leaving the safe Worlds. However, small numbers were easier she had to admit. It made an easier get away if they fell into trouble. Xioimara had an easier time getting around and was fast for her size as a wolf. She didn't want to risk Roxas and already had in mind of the creatures she would bring with them on their mission.
"Understood?" The Superior asked.
Xioimara nodded and looked at Roxas.

"Perhaps you should look into more of us helping find a cure, Vexen." Marluxia said to Vexen after watching Angel and Vexen talk. After all, the faster the better. He rarely spoke to The Chilly Academic and this was one of those rare times.
