The Hatchet Is Buried

Kairi covered her mouth and slowly shuffled her feet backwards as the undead noticed her and her friends, they slowly started to grow closer and closer to them. Sora and Riku summoned their keyblades and raced forward to defeat the small group of zombies. After a few and failed attempts to knock down the undead, Sora and Riku as a last ditch attempt used fire. As they listened to the undeads painful headache giving crys they knew they had won. Kairi smiled at her friends and began to say sorry for not joining in the fight, Sora of course was saying she had the right choice he couldn't bare to see Kairi hurt. Sora's speech was stopped when the trio heard a small cry Kairi's eye winded and they she lunged forward to help whoever made the cry. After some running and shouting Kairi saw a wolf and Roxas.

Xioimara threw her weight around as she tried to deter the undead. Xioimara lunged to Roxas' aid and attacked the undead. She latched her teeth onto the nearest undead. She whipped it into the ground. Thrashing around to keep oncoming nails and teeth from hitting her. Xioimara was starting to lose speed. She was quickly starting to tire. Xioimara breathed heavily. They had managed to create a small circle around them. Only a few feet. The circle only lasted a moment or two before the zombies had drawn themselves back within the perimeter.
"How much experience do you have?" Vexen question Angel.

 

A dark corridor opened inside of the castle that never was. Out of the portal,a body tumbled out, barely conscious but still very much alive and bleeding badly. The person's name was Gexln,a former member of the Organisation before he left. "Get me...Xemnas.." he said out loud in the hopes that somebody heard him.

 

"Well...I was starting Chemistry 101 in college. Though I already took college level chemistry in high school...but I know most of the Periodic Table...there's still some residual knowledge of thermodynamics...and...uh..." Angel nervously trailed off. She realized how stupid all of that sounded, and that there was no way Vexen would allow her to help him. Just starting chemistry in college? Please. She was obviously not fit for the job. She remembered hearing that some of the members of Organization XIII used to be scientists. Zexion could probably help Vexen more than she could. My first job interview....doomed. She stared sullenly at the floor.

 

Roxas had stood up before the perimiter was closed. He gripped his keyblade panting. This was one tough battle he hadn't wanted to get into. He swong at an undead that got too close and it fell back crying a most horrible cry, a kind of screech. Roxas covered his ears in pain. Chills ran up and down his spine. He felt sick to his stomach but didn't let on about it. He looked at Xioimara. He saw she was getting tired too. The horse shook it's head and clicked it's hoof on the ground.

 

Xaldin swept past this very wounded man. "And why should I do so?" Why should I do this one a favor? Xaldin thought. Besides, who is he?

 

"Xaldin..get Xemnas..attack coming..not strong enough..help" Gexln coughed and some blood came out.

 

"Attack?! From where? From who?" Xaldin thrust his shoulder into his armpit and hefted him up."C'mon. We'll get Xemnas."

 

"I'll only...tell...Xemnas" Gexln said,fighting for breath.
