Dahlia smiled sweetly. "Now.." She said, pretending to cry. "Go beat up that bad man!" She pointed at The mysterious Vampire.

 

"oh? so now your getting your boyfriend to try and beat me up?" the man said

 

Dahlia gave him the finger. "Now, now, it's not nice to pick on girls....especially me."

 

slowly he stood up

 

Dahlia smiled at her little pet, with him at her disposal, she could get rid of her goody goody sister for good.

 

he changed into a large wolf

 

Dahlia smiled devilishly. "C'mon!"

 

slowly he stalked towards the vampire,teeth bared

 

Alec felt a disturbance in Innes. His mind sub-consciously probed his mind. It had fallen into a strange pattern of do what the girl said. Alec bowed slightly to Iris, "I'll be right back." He ran as quickly as he could to where Innes and the fighting was. "Innes!"

 

His head jerked round at his voice

 

Alec slowly took a step toward him, "You don't want to do that. This girl doesn't have any hold over you. Listen to me...remember who you are. You came here to stop the fighting, not become a part of it." He spoke slowly as he did when his father had put mortals into a trance and they'd started to crave him.

 

"Pay no heed to this... simpleton." Dahlia sneered. shooting a "I'm going to Fu**ing murder you!" look at Alec.

 

His head whipped back and forth,then he shook it as if riding himself of flies

 

Alec ignored her and got inside Innes' head, You don't want to listen to her. She's not telling you to do anything you'd want to. Come back to who you are.

 

Innes shook his head again,this time shaking his whole body,changing back to a human

 

"NO!" She screamed, charging up to Alec, planning to stab him and rip his guts out

Then all of a sudden, there was a flash of purple and Dahlia was lying on the floor, unconscious, Iris was standing in front of Alec, I giant plank of blood-stained wood in hand.

 

Alec gave Iris a small smile, "Thanks." he turned his attention back to Innes, "You alright now Innes? Are you back to yourself?"

 

"Uh...Yeah I think so."

 

Alec sighed, "That's good. We don't need any other were-pires against us." He didn't elaborate that he was still under his father's partial control and turned his attention to the girl, "You shouldn't play with were-pires. Didn't your mother ever teach you not to play rough."

 

Just then the man began to laugh like a maniac "this is too corny. You came here to stop the fighting, not become a part of it? Bull**** how the hell do you plan to end the fighting without doing anything?" the man yelled as he laughed
