The Hunt

Vincent laughed hysterically, "You don't make friends do you little mutt? That must hurt in your pathetic little heart." He squeezed, choking Alec, watching his golden eyes bug out of his head.

Alec gasped, "F...ath...er! P...lea...se..."

Vincent sighed and dropped him, coughing to the ground, "Pathetic. You can't even handle a little pressure? You disappoint me Alec. If I'd known your mother was a filthy mutt when I met her I wouldn't have slept with her. I thought she was just another violent mortal." Kicking Alec, he turned to Versago, "You hold no alliegance to anyone. Must feel nice. No more orders, no idiots telling you who to kill or when to feed!" He growled and relaxed almost instantaniously, "How easy would you say it would be for an aged vampire like me to revolt already?"

 

"I would say quite easily. Personally I believe that vampires have gotten weaker along the ages. You should be able to take most of those morons easily unless you have grown weaker yourself" Versago said

 

Innes ended up running into someone,the woman caught hold of him and Iris and led them back "Letting dinner get away now are we Vincent?"she asked raising a eyebrow,Kylie mathers stood before them

 

Vincent laughed at Versago first, "Weaker? Oh no my friend. A revolt was a part of my plan for a while now, hasn't it little mutt?" he nudged Alec and frowned at Kylie, "Dinner? I wouldn't want to eat those half-breeds. They probably taste like dog." He made a childish face and stuck out his tongue, "You can have them, but after smelling them for a good while, I'm suddenly not so hungry. I prefer humans thank you."

 

Iris kicked and squirmed. "W-We Don't t-taste very good!" She yelled.

Dahlia had regained conciousness and was standing, enjoying her sister's suffering. "You must be pretty desperate if your going for that excuse" She gloated.

 

Innes growled,baring his teeth

 

"Y'got something to say, wolfboy?" She smiled at Innes.

 

"Dont...call me....wolfboy..."

 

"Well excuse me princess,would you prefer it if I called you wolfgirl?"

 

"How about you dont talk to me at all?"

 

"How about you dont talk to me at all?" She mocked in a high pitched voice, "Boohoo, cry me a river!"

 

His eyes narrowed danergously

 

"Sis.....lay off him."

"And who said filth like you could address me?!"

 

Alec growled, what wolf in him baring it's teeth, "Leave them be." Vincent laughed, "You think anyone's going to listen to a filthy half-breed like you?" He turned his red eyes on Dahlia, "Most certainly not a dog like her. Say little dog, aren't you supposed to be running off back to your master before the moon pokes it's head out?"

 

"Why bother, you'd miss all the fun!" She smiled evilly and licked her lips.

 

Vincent snarled, "You're disgusting."

 

"And you're revolting, I like revolting meat!"

 

Vincent hissed at her, "Touch me and I'll be drinking my next meal out of the base of your skull."

 

Dahlia giggled. "Hollow threats don't scare me you know" She inched towards him so slightly that it was barely noticeable.

 

To Vincent her movement was like running a mile towards him, "Who said it was an empty threat? I hate dogs!" He took a step toward her. The only part of him threatening was how his face was twisted into a vampiric snarl. Fangs long and hissing. His eyes had become a pure rusted red.
