The Institution

Deep in the New York City, there was a laboratory that was researching on how to give powers to humans. They experimented on children, eventually perfecting the power drug. Many children's lives were lost in the name of this experiment. The children, enraged, stole the drug and injected themselves with it. They destroyed the lab and all of the scientists. The president knew the seriousness of the situation and appointed the world's most elite fighting force, G-Men to hunt down and kill the children. Will the children find freedom and true happiness? Or, will the G-Men succeed in hunting them down.

BIC: Neal walked along the wall of a building. He and the other children had just escaped the Institution. The G-Men would be after them soon. Beforehand, the children had agreed to meet at the French resteraunt known as Le Brown. Neal looked around a wall, then ran as quickly as he could.

 

Katari and roy snuck around, hiding themselves as much as possible.
"Are we there yet?",asked Katari.
"Almost, replied Roy.

 

Rhixan ran along the roofs of buildings as a black cat. Everyone else would be able to reconisge her by the fact her paws were pattered with white, making her look as if she had socks on. Jumping up, Rhixan momentarily turned into a raven and then landed as a cat again. Gotta get to the others.

 

Roy paused. "Wait here Katari." He turned into a rat and ran to the other side of a buliding. Once there, he shifted back and motioned to Katari.
Katari nodded and turned invisible before running over to Roy.
