The Legend of Dragoon

Sophia made her way up to the stands and sat down. She waited for the battle to start.

 

Kai sat next to Sophia. "So, do you like him?" she said, looking at her. "The way you two blush back there."

 

"Alright! I'm getting pumped up!" he said, walking into the ring. This was just going to be a normal macth. He went into his fighting stance, swaying like a drunk man.

 

"he's a nice guy, do you like him?" Sophia asked.

 

"As a friend, besides I don't love anyone," Kai said. After her father died, Kai lost the feeling to love anyone anymore.

 

Sophia saw saddness in Kai's eyes "you'll find someone, i know you will." she tried to cheer her up then Sophia said "you can't win a battle like that, Kai" she smiled.

 

"Thanks for the support," Kai said. She smiled, Sophia was the first person who understood her. "Cliff's match is starting now, let's watch."

 

Sophia smiled back at her then turned to watch the match.

OOC: got to go; i have got a test tomorrow :(

 

OOC: Okay, bye!

BIC: The match started and he began swaying around the ring. His opponent tried to hit him but Cliff was swaying so much, he couldn't land a hit. He quickly grew tired and that's when Cliff struck. A quick punch to the head and it was all over. Cliff bowed and left to wash up.

 

Michael left the arena after his matches. Nobody really gave him any competition. In his off time, he had been watching Cliff and Kai fight in their matches.

"Looks like I will actually have some competition this year. I'm looking foward to it."
He thought to himself.

Michael was tired after his matches, so he decided to go to the hot springs to relax

"Man, this water feels great. Think I might stay for a while."

After some time, Michael noticed it was getting dark. He got up, yawned and stretched.

He decided to go to his old house.

"Can't remember the last time I was here." He opened the door and started coughing.

"Where did all of this dust come from?"

Recovering his breath, he went inside to look around, since it might be the last time he would be here again.

He picked up a sword hanging on the wall.

"Father's old sword, I remember how he used to make me practice with this. I hated every minute of it. Guess I might as well take it with me and get it sharpened and tempered. Who knows how long it's been hanging here?"

He strapped the sword to his back.

He turned toward the fireplace and saw a picture if his father, himself when he was younger, and another boy.

"Of course... my adopted brother Edrick. He hated me because I was the favored son. He ran away when I was chosen by the dragoon spirit to be the next Jade Dragoon when father was to retire. Never saw him since. Heard he went to the Kingdom of Raynar, but never found out if it was fact, or fiction."

Michael went out, locked up and left.

 

Aldon:
*watching everything from the sky*

So the dragoons are here?
I wonder what they are doing?

*starts sneaking around*

 

OOC:Ok, my character will come back after at least 1 fight in-between dragoons............because when my character comes, he would probably spoil the fun...........considering he is a wingly, an enemy of dragoons...........

 

Nikki watches from the top of a building.

 

Michael returned to the arena and looked at the tournament bracket.

"Interesting, looks like this year, the final match is going to be a battle royale. It will be a challenge if I have to face Cliff and Kai at the same time. This is going to be fun."

Michael smiled as he went to sit down to wait for his next match.

 

Sophia looked at the sky and saw the moon; time to go she thought, and left without a word, headed to the lake and arrived there in a matter of minutes, Sophia stood in the moonlight which was on the water; she sat down and closed her eyes then she pulled out her piccolo and got ready to play.

 

OOC:Or..................I could enter as a human being and have wingly powers.........like Loyd.........Which one should I do?

 

Kai got up and entered the arena, standing her Tai Chi stance. 'Micheal and Cliff are good,' she thought. 'But I'll beat them with my Tai Chi.'

 

OOC: i like your first suggestion.
BIC: Sophia played a small tune before she started to play 'the dragon's essence'.

 

OOC: Kind of accelerating things here, but moving the tournament to the finals, a three-way battle royale between me, Cliff, and Kai.

BIC:"Looks like it's time for the finals." Michael thought to himself as he stepped into the ring.

 

Kai entered the ring, she turned to Micheal. "Guess we come to the finals, after all," she said. "May the best Dragoon win."
