The Letter of Prochain

She cracked a grin on her face and knew it was only a fantasy that she could find someone she quite well liked that also played an instrument. She shifted her eyes back to him, of course.
"My room is fairly large so I can place all my instruments in there. My Grand Piano is in the corner, my Cello beside it, and my Harp is on the other side of the room. I have a violin in the hidden closet, if you wish to play also," she said in her own honor. She took his smooth hand into her gentle cold ones. She felt his hand warm and firm. It pleased her. She led him into her room.

OOC: I play the piano in real life.. I've dreamed of playing a cello and harp though <3

 

Christopher had to catch his breath when she smiled. She was like a beautiful goddess who embodied the best of beauty and wisdom. He grasped her hand in his, hers was cold and he squeezed it gently. It was cool and Christopher was determined to warm it. He let himself be led into her room and walked to where she had told him and pulled out the violin. He took it out of the case and held it by the neck across his chest, bow in the other hand.

 

She continued to smile and she sat on the seat where the piano had token residence. Her thoughts still clouded. She waited to listen to his wondrous music before playing on her own.

 

Christopher rested his chin on the chin piece and took up his position. He drew the bow across the violin, filling the room with a soft sound. He then shifted into a song he had written himself. It was strong but quiet and flowed well, dipping and turning like a graceful dance. He continued the song, focused completely on the music, eyes on the strings and swaying a little. The music came to an end with one final note, held out until all the others had faded. He finished that note and glanced at Bridget, waiting for her approval or rejection.

 

Her eyes stayed on him and glistened. The notes that filled the room were marvolous. Her hands were drawn near her chest and she clapped them slightly.
"That was very..wondrous," she said. He was perfect, and she knew it. Her eyes shifted to her piano. and she looked at the keys. She let her hand trace the sides and she moved her hand down the keys softly.
"I made a tune, for the perfect someone i could meet," she said softly, placing her hand on the format.
"I promised to never show this, until i met him," she smiled, feeling a tear go down her cold cheek. She slowly moved her fingers across the keys, hitting every note perfect.

 

Christopher's eyes widened as he realized what she meant. He stood clutching the instrument as she launched into the song. It was beautiful and he was captivated. He listened intently and watched her hands slid over the keys gracefully.
She's...........perfect. I'm not worth her.
He was stunned at what a great musician she was and gripped the violin a little tighter.

 

She continued playing until she slowly came to the end of the song. Her eyes vaguely glistened in the soft light.
"How was that?" she asked

 

Christopher couldn't speak for a moment and he swallowed.
"Perfectly amazing," he said, finally regaining his voice.
He looked into her eyes and his glistened happily. He held himself like a professional, his posture radiating coolness and grace. He could say the same thing about her position.

 

She smiled gently and stood up. Her thoughts still clouded, and she had no idea what she was about to do. She moved her face close to his.
"What makes you so perfect?" she whispered

 

He felt her close to him and tucked a stray lock f golden hair back behind her ear. She spoke, barely a whispered and he leaned in closer to catch it. Slowly and softly he replied.
"You."

 

She grinned slightly, showing her bright teeth to make it complete. Perfect rose and she felt it nice at his compliment.
"I can't make anyone perfect," she said, still a whisper.

 

He felt a sense of completeness and warmth around her that baffled him to no end. He resisted the urge to touch her, seeing how she had acted in the alleyway. He knew that something had happened, just not what and he wasn't going to rush her. He would wait for her to heal.

"I must disagree with you."

 

She looked, down, her eyes glossy and she could tell, he was the perfect guy, that must've been sent from the heavens to her. She was hoping, that she could very well be the same with him.
"You're far too nice for me," she said struggling with her words. She brought her hand up, almost wanting to retract it. She traced her hands slightly over his cheeks. They were so warm, and soft to her.

 

He gazed into her eyes, while holding her hand to his face. It was cool and felt good to him. He smiled at her and pulled her closer to him.
"Lets go for a ride, ok?"
He asked.

 

She blinked her eyes softly and nodded.
"Okay," she said gently.

 

He grabbed her hand and gently intertwined his fingers with hers. Christopher lead her outside the house and to his motorcycle. It was silver trimmed with black which gleamed in the newly found sunlight. He pulled out his black helmet and another silver one.

 

Bridget's heart beat a little faster. She never rode one of those before. Her brother always owned one, but she never took it out for a spin before. She was rather scared to...
"Where are we going?" her soft tone buckled at the end of the question.

 

Christopher smiled and pressed his index finger up to his lips. His eyes danced and he whispered softly,

"Its a secret place I found. you can't tell anyone, promise?"

He straddled the motorcycle and jumped down on it, making it roar to life. It settled into a nice purr and he looked at her expectantly.

 

She nodded softly, getting on after he had. She put her arms around his waist, resting her head on his back softly. She kept her body pressed against his and she took a deep breath.

 

"And here we go!"

The motorcycle shot off, it rode smoothly and fast too. Christopher was carefully to abide by the speed limit so as not to scare Bridget too bad. He headed towards the outskirts of town, the land growing more and more green, with fields and trees popping up.
