Working on finishing Soul Eater now. I'd gotten to episode 11, but I'm starting over as a refresher.

I don't know if this is the case or not, but Hollywood has given me the impression that corporate board members are the single worst group of people to ever exist.

Gentlemen... We need to kill all rabbits. This chart I made in photoshop says profits are down because Rabbits keep eating our supply! I say we create a neurotoxin that only effects rabbits, making it so they can't reproduce. This, in turn, will double cancer rates!

And the only one who can stop us is that damn Spider-Man[DOUBLEPOST=1389323657][/DOUBLEPOST]
Mine ended up looking like Lavos :C

Oh god, I just finished doing two Powerpoints in the span of a week. I haven't done this much work on Microsoft Office stuff (sans Word) since like seventh grade.

I can't remember the last time I used MS Office... ANYTHING. I use Google Docs for the few times I have to do papers and stuff.

Personally, I found the manga to be more satisfying. But the anime was good too, of course.

I really liked the last ...arc, I guess? Vs. the Kishin, and whatnot. But I never really found any of it boring to begin with, so.

got some stuff in the mail today
    Photo Jan 10, 4 13 41 PM.jpg
    some cables
new black-label ffxii. none of that greatest hits bullshit. surprisingly cheap on amazon. needed/wanted another copy.
and Scott Pilgrim bd. I went to great lengths to make sure I got it with a slipcover and it looks so nice.

side-note. I really like when cases have weight to them and aren't flimsy. It makes me feel good and like the thing I bought has quality to it. Luckily both of these have that, none of the stuff I've bought recently has that. I think it has nearly everything to do with the amount of plastic they use for these cases. Most cases now have that recycling logo on them. I would gladly see the world burn if it meant my cases had weight to them.
And I've already ranted about things not coming with slipcovers that once did so I won't bring that up.. Unless someone wants me to?

aaaaand neither of the cables work. ugh. good thing I didn't pay too much for them I guess. I've had enough. My life these past few weeks has been nothing but bad luck.

Haha, that's much better than the Final Fantasy XII Collector's Edition metal box case we got. We almost broke our disc in half trying to get it out of the case. D:

    Actually, no.

I don't know what they average because lol i own ffxii, but I know that FFXII had like... four major print runs? It shouldn't be a rarity, but it shouldn't be easy to obtain either. Especially with demand for FF games staying solid.

Well, my first copy of xii that I got used two years ago was black label and I got it from a used game store near me and I've seen many used black labels on ebay so I don't think used black labels of xii are that hard to come by. Though I would imagine finding a shrink-wrapped one would be much harder, however I only spent $20 on it on amazon. The seller I bought it from said it was black label in the description, but in the past I've messaged each seller that had something available asking if whatever I was buying was not the greatest or ultimate or whatever version (this is how I got kh2fm+ black label for $30). This process has served me well because many people will not bother putting that in the description and since a vast majority of people don't put pictures on amazon, you have to assume that it's not the original cover unless it specifies. So either I've had incredibly good luck with finding it cheap and new or it's not that rare like you said. I would imagine it's a little bit of both. The real thing that surprises me though is that the case has the memory card slot which they stopped putting on newer cases. I don't know if they still had this throughout the entire duration xii was being printed or not, but my copy of Re:CoM (which I bought in early 2009 I think) doesn't have it so I would imagine that they stopped putting those there somewhere near the end of it's printing. Either way the thought that I have a copy of xii from its initial printing gives me many warm feels, whether it's true or not. So all of this to say "i lucked out i guess."
