should i restart the first boss fight if i lose a function? because that's what ive been doing. i am really bad at this game.

 

Reinstall the game on a fresh computer. Only way to be sure.

 

You get Functions back as you keep playing. Utilize your Turn() to maximize combos, usually starting with Crash() so you can give yourself more opportunities to hit enemies. Jaunt() is your gap closer, but remember that you can reset a Turn() before you decide on it, so try to maximize the efficiency of each move, like if you mess up the angle or distance of a Jaunt().

 

im thrown into emergency turn like 32 times before the fights over so either i have an overestimation of how well i should be doing or im really ****ing bad

Hmmmm....at this point I'd have to like, see you play it so I could give decent advice.

That, or you could watch some people's fights against that boss and see what they're doing.

 

so i just tried it again and lost one of the functions but never went into emergency turn
salty about the function but im just gonna keep playing without it. want to see more of this game and ive been here for months

i tried to use the share thing (this is on ps4 btw) to see if i could get a clip but thats something ive not yet figured out either

 

I'm super curious to see how you're doing the fight at this point. Transistor is not a game I'd call difficult...then again, I've played plenty of hard games.

What you could do is what I did: connect your PS4 thingy to a Twitch thingy, stream the fight, and then on Twitch, make a highlight of the boss fight. Potentially put it on YouTube.

 

i dont think you understand how bad i am at video games.

gonna have to experiment with that. dont know how to Twitch. but at this point its too late since im past it. maybe if i figure it out ill make some clips of regular play

That's what I did with Bloodborne's DLC. Old Hunters has some of my favorite bosses.

on a whim i decided to experiment with streaming on twitch. is a 10 second delay extreme? im on the school wifi so its out of my control either way

 

It's a bit much, but not what I'd consider extreme. My Twitch streams had about a 5-8 second delay.

 

Subway doesn't make sugar cookies anymore. This makes me sad.

 

is there anything i can do to reduce it

yeah that is a bummer. i probably havent had one in over a decade but now that i remember those they were part of the experience

i think if i made my profile pic a kappa i wouldnt get so much **** for the things i post on facebook

 

Not that long for me, but oh, well, I guess. Chocolate chip is also good, at least.

 

Not really for consoles as far as I know. Just better internet I guess.

 

hi sorry not directed at me i know but. can you use an ethernet connection? at least at my school, ethernet was blazing fast but the wifi connection ranged from adequate to practically unusable.
