Um she did call me a dickwad and pretty much kept at it. It was uncalled for and not tolerated.

 

Why, because it was at you? I've been called way worse on this site and I didn't cry for a ban.

 

No because its just not tolerated for anyone on here. I've asked for the drama to be dropped and it kept getting brought up.

 

It gets brought up because is a fundamental issue with the site right now. Again, you aren't showing very good leadership skills. Like the way you talked back to Luxord in the discord chat. If you were on the upper end and speaking about this in a mature and respectable manner, I wouldn't care. But it's starting to really wear on me when you talk about this as if you aren't acting immature here.

 

Please guys don't fight. There's been enough fighting today... I don't want to lose more people...

 

You might've missed the part where I tried to get them to stop bringing it up.

 

No, I got that. I'm saying that people are going to keep bringing it up. The only way I can see this resolved is if you sit with all of the former staff and try to work as a team or at least discuss this. If they don't want to come back that is their choice. But this issue is not going to go away by being brushed under the rug.

Please confront this with the old staff and see what you can work on to be a better leader while also taking into account all feelings of the people who've been here for years. I know it's your site now, and you can be firm on your own decisions, but don't act above the team just because you spotted the cash.

I'll stop it at that, there's not much more for me to say on this.

It bums me out so many people are leaving because of this drama crap. I really wish they'd come back. A lot of people I'm use to seeing just being... gone is so heartbreaking.

 

So this thread was made by me and Nova and Plums with the same idea of having a moderateable chat area. One with less fighting, ne that would welcome new users, and be integral to the site. We almost hit 550 pages, so shoutout to all the people who said it stupid.

The mentality behind this is what thankfully went on to inspire the Discord group, and guys... Seeing all of my best internet pals just talking casually was so great and happy and my roommate didn't understand why I was so pressed into my computer.

This isn't my goodbye, not yet, I just wanted to spotlight how fun this all was. For the next day or two, I'm going to...

Hold out hope.

A part of me wants to be all "thank you," but you guys did all the work. I left.

i really want to think this place could bounce back because it always has in the past
but man
khv's a pro at defying death but either things gotta change or people gotta learn to keep the community alive in spite of who owns it
