They soon found the Ogolop Regent standing where he coudl see all of the destruction. "Your highness, the princess and her companions have returned." He announced.

 

"It's great to see your highness, unharmed." Terya bowed at the regent.

 

"Indeed, but we suffered inconsiderable damage in the process...we had to surrender very quicklyu <gwok>" Cid said as he turned around to face them as Yuri had to agree. "What made Alexandria agree to the white flag?" he asked him as Cid looked down. "One of the Four Jewels that the kingdom held and the Airship, Hilda Grade 2." He said a bit sadly. "We did find out about Brahne's <gwok> weapon suppiler of the Black Mages called Kuja." He said to them.

 

Rikku remembered the strange man she saw with the others in Burmecia, Yuna asked, "Do you know anything of Alexandria's minister, regent?"

 

"You mean <gwok> Minister Seymour Guado? Only things we learnt was when he came into the Alexandrian terrority, within the castle, we do not know since it would have Alexandria thinking we did not trust their rule and or it's people." He said to Yuna.

 

"He's from the same world as me, Rikku, Paine, Jecht, Braska, and Auron. There, he was a Maester who committed horrible crimes." Yuna explained to the regent.

 

"<gwok> Horrible crimes? What does that include?" He asked with a serious look in his eyes as Yuri spoke up. "I was told Regent, Seymour killed his own father out of the darkness in his heart then attempted murder on Yuna's journey as well killing a fellow leading figure and attacking another race." He stated as Cid brushed his moustache.

"<gwok> What made such a man turn that way?" he asked as Yuri spoke. "Well, Seymour lost his mother but she then istead chose to become a creature to protect him as Seymoru started to crave more power, he also attempted a marriage between Yuna and himself to give the world hope bt this was forced by her friends being shot, he thought the only to save others was destruction and death, freeing others from pain so they don't worry about anything."

 

Yuna was quiet as she listened and said, "He must of convinced Queen Brahne to use the aeons inside me for her destruction. That creature, Anima........"

 

"Yes, that was certainly a frightful creatures...wait...Aeons?" CId asked as Yuri nodded. "Beings from another world with great and terrible power if used incorrectly like now, but the one who sucked up the bits of city wasn't from Yuna's world." He said as Zidane thought about it

"If I recall, those two weird clowns were with Dagger and Yuna on a pedastal not moving or waking, so could they have extracted from both of them?" he asked aloud.

 

"I didn't think I had any summoning power left," Yuna said, as Terya thought about what Ramuh said to Jecht in the forest. Rikku asked, "What is so special about Kuja?"

 

"Ah <gwok>, he's Brahne's weapons dealer, so...get rid of Kuja..." he started and Zidane spoke. "The supplies stop!" He said as Cid nodded. "All we know is he's not from this continent." Cid said.

 

"Where is he from?" Yuna asked.

 

"<gwok> The Outer Continent." Cid responded.

 

Lenne gasped, Yuna turned to her, "What's wrong?"

"I'm from the Outer Continent." Terya gently put her in front of the regent and she bowed.

 

"<gwok> Ah, perfect, perhaps we can use this chance to stop him since Lindblum can't counterattack right now." Cid said as Zidane spoke. "Hey hey, how do we get there?" He asked aloud as Yuri looked at him. "Well, it's very likely we can't use an airship or a boat since Lindblum is currently under Alexandria's grip at the moment, so anything leaving those docks will not be moving, I highly doubt we'll swim our way there before you even consider that."

Zidane let out a breath as Cid nodded. "<gwok> Perhaps if you check the marshes, I heard of an site that leads to somewhere else." He spoke as Zidane nodded. "It's nothing better to go on."

"<gwok> Then I suggest you prepare for your long journey, I do not think you'll be returning here for a while." Cid mentioned and looked to his Minister. "<gwok> please lead them to the district for supplies."

"Of course your highness, please follow me." He responded as he guided them back to town.

 

Rikku followed them, being quiet.

 

"You're being very quiet Rikku." Zidane noticed and looked at her as Tidus had his hands behind his head.

 

"Oh, this is just a lot for me to think about." She told him, swaying her tail. She looked away from Yuri.

 

"Like what?" Zidane asked her as Yuri was talking with Tidus.

 

"Just there being another continent and all."
