lyra sighed,it was her last few hours at hogwarts for awhile...she picked up her cat and put him in his cage

 

Casey sighed sadly to himself as he stood by and watched Lyra packing up the demon furball that was her cat. "You really going then Ly?"

 

'yeah...and its only for a few months anyway...'she said standing up straight

 

"I guess... But still. You're gonna be gone. Gonna miss you, you know. Gonna be quiet."

 

'aw casey...im gonna miss you too...and it isnt gonna be that quiet...jordan and elle are still here to make a racket...and you still got chriz.'she said

 

"I don't really want to think about Elle and Jordan making a racket anymore." Casey shuddered "You don't want to hear the jokes some of the guys in our year were making about my sister. At least, I hope they were jokes." He added as though a horrible thought had just crossed his mind "And it won't be the same..."

 

'its only gonna be 3 or 4 months...when i get back it'll be like i never left...'she said swinging her bag over her shoulder

 

"Yeah... Gonna be a kinda... dull three months..."

 

'im sure you'll have fun...'she said

 

"I doubt it..." Casey sighed, hanging his head and gazing down at his feet as he shuffled them on the ground.

 

'casey....im coming back arent i?'she said with a small smile,then looking at her watch she said'look...case...i gotta go....so...see you when i get back 'k?'she said giving him a hug

 

"Yeah, see ya Ly." He muttered, hugging her back. Feeling the lingering scent of her shampoo in his nose. "Take care, alright?" Casey added as he reluctantly let go of her.

 

she laughed "dont i always?'

 

Casey chuckled softly then ruffled her hair. "Just promise me you won't land your self in trouble."

 

'fine...promise...'she said laughing,then her smile dissappered'im gonna miss you...'

 

"I'm gonna miss you too Ly." He smiled sadly.

 

'well'she sighed'best get this over with...'

 

"Yeah, see you soon Ly."

 

yeah..'she sighed then left,at the entrance hall doors were her parents,two younger brothers and cousin,jordan and alex had just come to say bye.but she though jordan's eyes looked alittle watery,like he would cry anymintue,she couldnt blame him...nt going to see your parents for awhile is one thing...but your big sister? she had always been there...now..she wasnt gonna be.

 

"See you guys soon then." Elle smiled sadly as she stepped up behind Jordan, clasping his hand for emotional support.
