First thing: clean it up, helps stop infection and you can see what you're dealing with
second: if you have any antibiotics anywhere use that on it, it should help heal it up and get rid of any chance of an infection
three: cover it with something and make sure you keep pressure on it, that will help it stop bleeding

as for the broken finger...umm...avoid touching it and try to avoid using that hand there isn't much else you can do. umm...well, you could try making a splint. Just use some straight object that could support it and tape it tightly wrapping the tape around your finger...
