Well that is up to you, do what you feel would be easy to start, like positively commenting on what you acomplish, like what kairi said. Another is the team sport. It really build confidence and self esteem, it's fun too :). find something you are good at and join a team

I don't know what i'm good at.

 

Hmm... so try taking up a few things, are you good with your feet? your hand eye cordionation? There are many diferent things that you could try out and depending on your resultes from what you tryed it may help you pick what you should try next.

 

Well I can't do sports i'll get myself killed.

 

I thought the same till I picked up badmonton.
Theres also tennis, non phyisical contact sports can be quite fun and not life thretening. But then there is also the option of art or band. Now don't tell me you don't know how to play or you suck at drawing, because not all art is drawing and in band you will learn learn how to play, and you have can have lots of fun playing instruments with others.

 

Well i'm not very good at art and i'm not good at any instrument.

 

but that the beauty of art and band, is that there are so many choices. you could do drums maybe? or guitar is fun and easy. As for art, well think for a second, you could make stuff out of clay (ex: clay turtles) you could do abstract art and splater paint (if you get good colours it can turn out really cool looking) and so many other things, you may find a secrat talent you didn't know you had

Okay. But whats with the self image and self hatred thing? I don't understand.

 

I was just poking around, I found it really interesting so I felt like sharing it. I thought reading 5 whole pages wasn't going to be interestin but wow was I wrong.

I was reading about self esteem on wikipedia, there where links to those two pages, so I read them too, and a few others. I found it really interesting to read so I put the link incase anyone wanted to read it.

I see... well maybe I will find something more to help you. For now, try and be positive, try the sports/art/band thing and see how that turns out. I may have a few more helpful things to add once you try them, and if they don't work out I can probly think of some other things.

okay well you don't have to try the sports thing then, but do something that involves some kind of teamwork, or involves being with people that share the same intrests as you. All I can say is look around you neighborhood and see is there is anything you may want to be involved in, don't go to perposly make yourself depressed, and last but definaltly not least is ignore your brother when he starts insulting you, he will only make you feel bad. or you could do like i do and totaly agree till he gives up. try avoiding him if you must to keep from him abusing you. have you told your parents that he hits you?

 

Yes I told my parents that he hits me. And I feel alot better then I did before.
