The Price of Living Forever

Mya nodded and grabbed ber bag and gunblade. Hope nothing bad is happening. She headed towards the exit.

 

OOC: oh the irony. XD

BIC: Dante holstered his guns, and grabbed a blade and put it on his back. "Alright, let's go." He opened the boulder and led Mya out.

 

OOC: Ya XD

BIC: Mya stepped outside and looked at the city from a distance. Spotlights were waving all around the sky. Mya frowned. Wonder what's wrong.

 

Dante stared at the city. "I don't think it's good. Let's go."

 

Mya looked back at the city. Let's check what's going on there.

 

Dante nodded. "Right!" He started to go toward the city. He stopped and moved a rock. He pressed a button that was hidden under the rock cleverly. The ground opened up, and a ATV rose up. "I keep this here for emergancy. C'mon!" He beckoned her to get on.

 

Mya nodded and got on the ATV.

BIC: Dante started the ATV and started toward the city. "I wonder what's happening..." He thought.

 

Ash they got closer, the sirens got louder. She examined the streets and they were deserted. Where did they all go. She then realized the whole city has been evacuated. That's strange. Why did they evacuate the city?

 

Dante examined the city himself. He was shocked. "This can't be good." As the entered the city, Dante parked his ATV. "Let's go on foot now, whatever happened can't be far."

 

Mya nodded and jumped off. She then beard a faint buzzing sound in the distance. She looked up and saw a bunch of planes heading towards the city. She turned around towards the city. We need to go, NOW!

 

Albert shook his head, "no, as far as I knew, the UED was completly disinterested in the Metorite, I only had motion detectors there just in case something like this happ-"

Einstein was cut off by the computer's feminine voice, "routine scan picked up an anomaly, it appears that the UED has evacuated a city, and now several aircraft are incoming; logic dictates that this is a bombing run."

 

Dane's eyes widened. "They're gonna bomb us! Quick! To the slide!" He grabbed Mya's hand and ran toward the manhole and pryed it open. "We can hide in here! The room is safe from a bombing run!" He gestured her to climb down first.

 

Whisper looked round, "That can not be good. Impressive place, anything here we can use to do something?"

 

Mya nodded, hoping he was right. She jumped inside the manhole and looked around for a place to stay at during te bombing run.

 

Dante jumped in after seeing the first bomb drop. He figure he had about 15 seconds. He moved the mattresses and opened a large door. "Hurry! In here!"

 

Mya ran into the door Dante opened up. Hope it's stable!

 

Dante jumped in and closed the door. He heard the expolsions destroying the city above. "Please work, please work, please work." He said, until he heard massive crumbling from above, and then the bombing stopped. "Is it over?"

 

Mya frowned and looked around. I don't think so. Maybe they- The room started to shake violently as a second bombin run arrived. Mya yelped and huddled into a corner, covering her ears.

 

Dante held Mya tightly. "Hold on!" A bomb hit the center of the celing above. It started to cave in.
