The Spell/Those Darn Kids....

"Well, then a mixture of Godzilla and....Hulk Hogan?" He shuddered at the thought. "Wouldn't that be weird?" He mused, walking in his house. He opened his fridge, looking around. What did he want....."Kyline? What sounds good to eat?" He said, debating while letting the cold out of the refrigerator.

 

Kyline chuckled lightly. "I dunno... what do you have in the fridge first of all?" She stood up from her chair. Lunch didn't sound like a bad idea right now.

 

"I...have...meat. There's a couple packages of...I think it's cheese....no, wait...that's chicken. No, that's cheese, all right. And there's this lettuce, and some frozed bread, and this steak that my mom said she'd cook a week ago and never did. Raw, and dripping on the chicken. Wait, no, I said that was cheese, right?" He asked, laughing. "Why don't you come over here? I'm sure I can make something out of all this." He offered, sitting on a chair.

 

Kyline thought about it for a moment. She was home alone... and she really didn't want to hang out all by herself. She smiled. "Sure. Want me to come over now, or in a few minutes?"

 

"Whichever. If you need to get yourself ready, go ahead. Not that you're ugly or anything. It's just...never mind. I'll shut up now." He said, facepalming. "Any idea of what you want over here? I'm gonna go make myself presentable, so i'm gonna have to go get ready in a sec."

 

Kyline raised an eyebrow, spluttering out hidden laughs. "I thought you just told me you wanted me to check out your food so I can see what's what!" She shook her head while smiling. "I'll wait about ten minutes and then I'll come over, okay?"

 

"Yeah, okay." He said, managing a weak laugh. He terminated the call, running to his room. He pulled off his shirt, pulling on a new one. It seemed a little tight. It didn't seem any shorter in the sleeves....huh. Weird. He put on a new pair of jeans, glancing at the clock. Three minutes left. He tried wetting down his uncooroportive hair, but failed miserably.

 

Kyline was already on her way, walking down the street towards Demian's house. She was happy and cheerful, and didn't mind all the kids that were out in the neighborhood. She sighed out happily as she approached Demian's front door. She knocked her knuckles against the wood a few times and then waited.

 

Demian moaned at the knock. His hair had been flattened, a bit. He pulled on a cap, running to the door. He slid, slamming agaisnt it. "Ow!" He pulled open the door nonetheless, and welcomed her. "Yeah...come in..." He said, head spinning. Holy crap....it was like he had lost all traction on his feet, and the bottoms didn't stick to the tile like they were supposed to.

 

She looked at him worriedly. "That sounded like it really hurt," she said while stepping into his house. "You okay?" she asked with a hint of concern on her voice.

 

Demian sat down, shaking his head from side to side. "Yeah, i'm fine." He said, opening the refrigerator. "Try to find something edible." He joked, peering over her shoulder into his family's shabbily pathetic refrigerator. He reached for the head of lettuce, intenting to make a salad.

 

She chuckled and looked inside the fridge. "Hm... no wonder why you needed my help. It looks like... a maze in here." She found a few things and pulled them out. "How about we make sandwiches?"

 

"Sandwiches sound good." Demian said, taking out the bread and putting it in the microwave. He gathered the other things to make the sandwiches with. His head stopped spinning, then he looked at Kyline. "Yeah, i'm fine." He said, realizing the TV had turned itself on in the other room. "Damn it..."

 

Kyrine heard the TV noise and turned to look toward that direction. Something else felt weird. Her hearing got a little bit better... She rubbed it to make sure she wasn't imagining things. It still felt like a normal human ear. She sighed out in relief. "You know... this day is getting weirder and weirder..." she said quietly, while watching the bread in the microwave rotate.

((Ah! I realized I was spelling my character's name wrong! O.o The horror! *facepalm*))

 

Demian stopped a little. It was Sigfried and Roy, with their white tiger. He shut it off anyway, coming to the kitchen. He removed the burning hot bread, though he didn't feel it on his hands. He put it on the table. "Yay. Sandwhich clothing." He laughed.

 

Kyrine chuckled at Demian. "You're so funny sometimes," she said while walking over to the table. That's when she noticed the change. She was about to speak when the sudden pain in her stomach from earlier came rushing back. She gasped and wrapped her arms around her stomach. This was more intense then ever. What was going on with her?!

 

Demian ran to her, panciking. "What's happening?" He asked, concenred for her. He looked at her stomach, seeing nothing wrong with it. "What happened?" He asked, looking in her eyes. He impulsively wrapped his arms around her in a hug.

((I changed his animal to lion, kay? And the loss-traction is the result of the pads now. ))

 

Kyrine didn't even noticed Demian was hugging her. She held her stomach tightly, wanting the pain to go away now. Suddenly, it felt like the pain exploded in her stomach and spread throughout her whole body. Her knees buckled and she sunk to the floor, on her knees. Changes in her physical features were occurring. Her hands were growing furrier and larger, and her head and ears were also taking on a new change. Her vision was getting blurry and black from the intense pain she felt all over her body.
