"Because dreamrose doesn't lie..." Garxena answered, unable to look at Silax.


Hiro followed Geryl.

 

Geryl walked up to the rooftop and sat Katara. Oh hey. He said to her as he sat down and concentrated on the barrier again.

 

"Then I will defy what ever this dreamrose is...." Silax said getting up and letting go of her hands, "my fate is not bound to some vision....." he said turning away and sighing, "if that is truly what you believe....then you may leave me....."

 

Tears came to Garxena's eyes. "No... Th- that's not what I want... Silax, I-" She turned around. "I need you... I'm... still scared..."

Hiro hovered near Geryl.

 

Gerly turend to see Hiro. Oh hello Hiro. He said and smiled at him.

 

"Then don't listen to a foolish thing like that dear...." Silax said gently putting his arms around her and pulling her close to him, "I love you...I care about you....don't think I would leave you....." he smiled gently kissing her cheek and giving her a gentle squeeze.

 

Katara smiled. "Hey, Geryl. Hey, Hiro."

 

He concentrated onto teh barrier and several shadows appeared to protect teh outline of the barrier to prevent attacks to easily shatter it.

 

Garxena felt the difference from Silax's and Takeshi's hold. She tried to keep it out of her mind, not wanting Silax to know, but she couldn't. She trembled, tears slipping down her cheeks.

"Better?" Hiro asked.

 

Geryl opened his eyes and nodded. Much better. He said before closing them again.

 

Silax continued to hold her close, he gently rubbed her back, "dear....theres something else troubling you....." he said gently taking her hand, "its ok dear....you can tell me....I will still love and care about you....trust me....."

 

"I do trust you..." Garxena said softly. "I just can't say it..."

Hiro sat next to Geryl's feet. "Me stay."

 

He smiled at him. If you want. He said and sighed.

Ex sighed as he watched the barrier now outlined with shadows. Telren?! I think we have a problem. He called to him.

 

Katara smiled before looking back up at the sky again.

 

Telren came into the main room and looked around, "whats the problem...." he said looking at Ex then out towards the direction of the Organization's headquarters, he gritted his teeth and tightened his grip, "I see they want to do this the hard way.....it seems the cowards will have to be drawn out....and seeing as we have Kade...thats all the leverage we need....."

"Please dear....I hate to see you like this.." Silax said gently rocking back and forth, "please atleast let me see into your mind what troubles you so I could try to fix it...."

 

Ex sighed and looked around. I swear D1 is much more easier to beat but D2 is a bit harder then I expected.....He thought and looked at teh headquarters.

 

Garxena's mind flooded with memories of Takeshi's strength and force. She shut her eyes, shaking worse. She remembered how close he got to her against the wall and on the floor. Not able to speak, she let Silax see her memories.

Hiro looked around. "Kai still not back..."

 

Silax was frozen in shock at the sight of Garxena's memories, "I'll.....I'll kill him....." he said his face blank and he slowly stood up letting go of Garxena, "the fool with die....slowly...painfully....." he said his facial expression filling with pure hatred and anger, his eyes slowly becoming dark, "I shall make him suffer far beyond the comprehension of pain....."

 

Geryl looked through one of his shadows and saw Silax wiht Garxena. They are talking. He said to Hiro.

 

"No!" Garxena clung to Silax. "This is exactly what I wanted to avoid... I don't like seeing you this way.... Dexeon helped me... That's enough..."

Hiro shook his head. "No, Kai gone."
