The Ultimate Organization- Division 2 (Continued!)

Katara went up to the roof and looked out at the horizon. She had started to think about some of the events happening, but she suddenly felt the headquarters shake. What?! What's going on?! She thought and then remembered about what Geryl had said. I can't believe I forgot! We have to get everyone out of here! She quickly ran downstairs.

 

Geryl was watching the pillar cracking.

 

Silax looked at Kai slightly confused, "busy with what?" he asked curiously before hearing the sounds and feeling the vibrations, "whats going on..." he said jumping up, "you need to get out of here Kai....get Garxena...and please find Katara if you can...." he sighed, "I wish I were still alive...my time is limited as is....I have little time before I return to that dark abyss...."

 

"You did what you could." Kai gave Silax a gentle smile before going to Garxena's room.

 

Katara ran through the headquarters, searching for anyone who might be inside. She came to the room Geryl was in. "Geryl, come on! We have to get out of here!" Katara said.

 

Geryl turned back. I'll be fine, you guys leave quickly first. He said.

 

Kai woke Garxena.

"What....?" Garxena sat up and remembered what happened. "Silax!" She ran for the door.

Kai grabbed Garxena's wrist. "Garxena. I need you to think about yourself right now. Get out of here."

Garxena met Kai's eyes. "... What about you?"

"Go now." Kai said sternly, letting Garxena go. "I've got to do something before I lose the chance."

Garxena nodded slowly and portaled outside.

 

Silax looked around, "I have little time...apparently it seems Telren was able to get past the barrier some how...." he sighed, "what to do....what can I do...."

 

"Alright..." Katara said. "But please be careful..." She gave Geryl one last glance before running out of the room. She headed outside.

 

Kai ran back to the library and went to a row in the back. This is the only place I haven't checked... She thought, scanning the books.

 

Geryl smiled at Katara when she left and looked at teh pillar as it was cracking slowly.

 

Silax headed towards the sounds of the cracking pillar and spotted Geryl, "what should we do...I offer whatever help I can be in the little time I have left..."

 

Kai got in her knees to keep her balance through the shaking. There's got to be something.... anything... He's well known enough...

 

There is no way. I've done calculations and there is no way how to fix this. We don't have enough gems to make the right stone. He said.

 

Hiro landed on Garxena's shoulder. "Okay now?"

Garxena nodded meekly. She kept her eyes open for Kai.

Kai stood, not finding what she wanted. If I can't find what I need in a book, then I'll just have to search myself.

 

Katara ran outside and turned around to look at the headquarters. I can't let this place fall... She thought and tried using ice to support the building.

 

Silax slammed his fist into the wall, "then getting everyone out is the main thing...." he said looking around, "you have to make sure Telren pays for this Geryl....take care of Katara for me please...." he said running down the hall.

 

Garxena joined Katara, using her Twilight energy to try to support the building.

Kai searched the other selves. Of all the places, this place has nothing.

 

Ye-wait what? He asked as he turned.

 

Katara could feel the pressure of the building as she tried to use ice to support it. She sighed. It won't keep it up, but maybe I can buy them some more time... She thought and closed her eyes tightly, trying her hardest to support the building. Suddenly, it seemed like the pressure from the building had cut in half, and she looked over to see Garxena helping, too. She smiled.
