She tilted her head as if she didn't understand him and clutched teh apple away from Telren.

"No of course not, I would never do that to someone so beautiful," Zepharus smiled back at Garxena as she got onto his back. "Now hold your breath." He ordered as he dove underwater.

"Salix, long time no see! Whats going on with you?" Kade asked curiously

"I'm here my lord," Ina called to Telren as she appeared as if coming up from the ground.

 

Garxena squeezed her eyes shut, a bit scared she might see something she didn't like.

 

Telren sighed, "my lord....odd name for someone you love...." he said walking over to her and kissing her once, "dear....I have something I would like you to do please..."

Yeifou looked at Silax, "you seem slightly down....is something wrong?" he asked gently putting his arm around Kade, "it is a very nice headquarters....yes...."

Silax sighed, "its nothing...." he said looking around again, "yeah...and hopefully this one will not fall...."

 

"Relax, nothings going to hurt you while I'm here," Zepharus promised. "Now watch this." In a flash of light Zepharus turned into his dragon for mand broke through the waters surface and flew into the sky towards HQ.

"Verywell, what is your wish my love?" Ina asked as she kissed Telren back.

Darn you," Kade growles as she walked over to Salix and punched him. "What's wrong! I've known you long enough to know that something is bothering you."

 

Garxena opened one eye and then both. "I like the sky better." She half smiled.

 

Telren smiled, "to always have you beside me dear...." he said gently touching her cheek, "however...Silax is at his breaking point....the stress of him and Garxena has finally broken...." he grinned, "if you would...please bring him here....."

Yeifou was a little surprised at Kade, "uh..dear....I'm not sure if that would help him if something was wrong...." he said, "however you should know we care whats wrong Silax...and it is obvious something is...."

Silax rubbed his jaw, "wonderful...I come to look at the new headquarters and I get punched..." he sighed, "I'm going for a walk..." he said walking back outside.

 

Zepharus luaghed, "It's allright I like it better up here too." Zepharus landed safely on the ground near HQ. "Shall we?" Zepharus gestured toward the large double doors leading inside only to see Salix and Kade arguing. "What'd we miss?"

"Why wont you tell us what's wrong? Why are you always running away from those who want to help you?" Kade raged after Salix.

"Very well," Ina used her link with Kade to see the events unfolding in their HQ. "By the looks of it he'll be coming to us Telren."

 

Garxena shook her head, droplets of water flying from her hair. She took a moment to asses the situation and then ran off after Silax. She caught his hand and kept pace with him. "Are you okay?" She asked, trying not shiver from being cold.

 

"I've been better...." Silax shooting a blast of dark energy at Zepharus, and continuing to walk off, "he will be the first to die...." he said quietly.

Telren grinned, "what did I tell you...he has finally reached his limit...." he laughed, "then we shall wait for him..." he said gently pulling Ino close, "and where have you been all this time my love..." he said tenderly kissing her once.

Yeifou stood confused, "Silax...what is wrong with you....we may not look it...but this Organization is somewhat like a family....we want to help you......"

 

Garxena pulled Silax to a stop. "What are you talking about?"

 

"Hey! What's you problem?!" Zepharus clutched at his shoulder and teleported infront of Salix. "What are you afraid of me? Am I a threat to you, to you and the one you love? You Think I'm going to take her from you? I dont want you all I want is Yeifou's body..... "

"Searching for ways to make us immortal" Ina smiled as she cuddled next to Telren. "But nothing came up that could be of any help to us."

"Salix, we want to help. Wait Zeph, what are you talkign about?"Kade asked looking over at Yeifou and then back at Zepharus

 

"A threat...thats a good one...." Silax said his eyes slightly dark, "and what do you mean Yeifou's body...." he said conjuring a dirk.

Yeifou looked confused, "my body...what in the world are you talking about Zepharus..." he turned to Kade, "do you know what he is talking about?"

"I see...hmm...thats good and all..however I missed you dearly..." Telren said gently taking Ino's hand, "you and I shall be the king and queen of this world dear...."

 

"Why else would you be so upset that I took your precious little Garxena on a joy ride?" Zepharus smirked as he summoned his dragon whip. He looked at Yeifou and spoke into his mind. 'I want you dead..... you took Kade from me.... we were going ot bring back my kin and now that youve come back into her life..... Therefor I will erase you from your petty existance."

"Zephy....." Kade looked at Zepharus worriedly. "Zeph please tell me whats going on...."

"No! This is my battle," He teleported infront of Eyifou. "And you're the target." Zepharus raised his whip and awung it at Yeifou.

"It looks like we may have a new member, Zepharus is trying to take on Salix and kill Yeifou.... he may become useful to us," Ina smiled to herself.

 

"Perhaps...however he is definately no match for Yeifou..and combined with Kade...." Telren said closing his eyes, "he is far too overconfident....however yes with us perhaps he could prove useful...."

Yeifou immediately blocked it with a dirk, "Zepharus....I usually give people a chance..." he said breaking free, "however to be honest....I never did like you...." he nodded to Silax, "Silax...shall we dispose of the traitor...."

Silax grinned and conjured his other dirk, "finally...I've been wanting to be rid of this fool for a while now...."

 

Garxena stepped in front Silax, arms out. "Stop it!" Her voice was hard, with no intention of pleading. "What is wrong with you?! You promised you wouldn't do this!"

 

"Kade! Help me!" Zepharus called out as Salix and Yeifou circled him. Kade didnt move, but stood on the sidelines looking away. "Fine then, I'll take you both on." Zepharus summoned his dragon sword in one hand while his whip remained in the other. "Whats the matter boys? So Yeifou why do you hate me? Is it becasue of the connectioin that Kade and I have? That she wanted to be with me instead of you for a time? Has your jelousy driven you both to hate anyone who spends time with the one you love?"

Kade watched the scene unfold infront of her, unsure of where to stand. Sadly she teleported Garxena way from Salix, "Let them be, there's nothing we can do.... no matter how much i want to run to Zepharus's side I cant.... just let it be...."

"No, Kade isnt fighting, shes standing to the side..... she wouldnt attack her Dragon.... no thats not it, she cant harm her Dragon..... thats their weakness if the Dragon or Tamer dies the other will feel pain, not enough to kill them but they still feel part of the pain," Ian esplained as she looked into Kades mind.

 

"No!" Garxena protested. "We have to stop them! I won't lose Silax to the darkness again!"

 

"We have no choice, there's no way for me to save either of them..... Telren sent Salix after me and for a long time I thought he was Yeifou.... So how do you think this is for me? I care about all three of them, my partner, my love, my friend, and I cant help any of them," Kade treid to explain to Garxena.

 

"Then you and I go back together!" Garxena felt hopeless. "I can't just stand by; how can you?"
