Katara shook her head. "I dunno..." She said softly, knowing Telren wouldn't like it if she lied and said that nothing was wrong.

 

Garxena wrapped her arms around Silax's neck. "Don't you dare change..." She whispered. "I couldn't bear to lose you too..."

Hiro came out from his hiding place in Garxena's cloak's hood. He nestled himself on Silax's shoulder, wondering if Garxena would ever be back to normal.

"Promise me." Garxena murmured.

 

Dexeon rolled his eyes and then portaled near Garxena and Silax. He glanced at them and snickered, "I hope I'm not interrupting."

 

Telren thought for a moment, "I hate seeing you like this Katara...hmm..." he said looking down at her, "perhaps I should test...see whats wrong with you....then fix it...." he said taking her in a gentle hug.

Silax leaned close to hear ear ignoring Dexeon and whispered softly, "I promise you love...." he said hugging her close before turning to Dexeon still keeping her close, "and what do you want Dexeon..."

 

Dexeon restrained himself from glaring at Silax. "I'm here to keep an eye on my sister."

 

"Don't be mad at him," Garxena said softly. "He's trying to help."

Hiro stuck his tongue out at Dexeon, not fooled for a second.

 

Katara shook her head. "No, Telren... It's fine, really..." She smiled as the pain started fading away and she took her hand off of her head.

 

Telren shook his head giving her a gentle squeeze, "no...my daughter shall not have to feel pain...." he smiled kissing her head lightly, "I shall find a cure for whatever ales you...."

Silax glanced over at Kairi, "you can't believe this either can you?" he sighed shaking his head, "dear...you have watch him..." he told her right infront of him, "remember what I told you love..."

 

"No. I don't really. But if he can prove himself to be here just to 'keep an eye on his sister'.... I guess we have to give him the benift of the doubt, right?" Kairi looked at Garxena.

 

"He's my brother." Garxena protested. "Can't you trust him at all?"

 

Katara sighed. She knew that there was no use arguing with Telren, but she smiled, hugging him. "Thanks..." She said softly.

 

"Trust would be nice." Dexeon muttered in agreement.

 

"Let me know when he starts acting like one..." Silax said continuing to glare at Dexeon, "I took care of your little partner....don't make me eliminate you next...if you thought stories of Axel from Organization XIII were bad...let me show you differently..." he said gritting his teeth.

Telren smiled holding her in the embrace a little longer, "however some of the replicas I couldn't create or destroyed for certain reasons..." he said observing them in their slumber.

 

"I let you live only because Garxena wants you to." Dexeon retorted.

 

"Stop it; both of you." Garxena pleaded. "Silax... he's my last family right now. Please don't drive him away."

 

"Then I shall be the one to leave..." Silax said gently letting go of Garxena, "if you need me...please make sure Dexeon isn't with you...." he said walking upstairs and heading to his room.

 

Garxena turned to face Dexeon. "Why do you have to be so difficult? Can't you be nice to him at all?"

 

"Remember what I told you." Dexeon said smoothly.

 

Katara looked at the replicas, curiously. "What ones were they?" She asked him.

 

Telren thought for a moment, "hmm...well I can't make one of Yeifou since Silax is his...I destroyed yours..." he said continuing to think, "Kade has to fight Ina...so no need for a replica there...just certain circumstances like that...."

Silax laid on his bed thinking while staring up at the ceiling, "so pointless...." he said shaking his head, "why does she trust him...after everything hes done..." he sighed.
