Dexeon laughed. "You think I'll tell you?"

 

"Why not" Xela said with a lax smile "dont'cha trust me?"

 

"If I could, I would kill you right now." Dexeon seethed.

"Now, now, Dexeon." Hideo opened the doors. "Don't be rude."

 

"Exactly the answer i would expect." Xeal said "You pretty sharp...For a heartless." He turned to face Hideo "Where's Garxena?"

 

"On the chair." Hideo replied nonchalantly.

 

"I would gladly offer you kingodm hearts.to stop the killing at least" Xeal said to Hideo as he walked into the room and went to Garxena

 

"I'm afraid I have to decline that offer." Hideo said, sitting on the desk. "I like my methods."

 

"You mean murder?" Xeal said "How good are you at...chess?"

 

"It's a meaningless game that does not intrigue me." Hideo replied dully.

 

"Remember what i said Dexeon."Xeal said as he morphed into a dragon, carried Garxena, and opened a portal "Thats all your master lacks...if he wants a checkmate over Telren." He went through the portal and appeared in his room in the island, then, he layed Garxena gently on his bead and morphed back to normal.

 

Hideo looked at Dexeon expectingly.

Dexeon bowed his head. "His words were meaningless."

 

"Garxena, Wake up please?" Xeal said with a soft smile

 

Garxena moaned and curled into a ball, keeping her eyes shut tightly, afraid of what she might see.

 

"Garxena its me, Xeal" He said, shaking her shoulder slightly

 

Garxena cautiously opened her eyes. "I know... I was wrong to trust him... You don't have to rub it in...."

 

"Im sorry i couldnt do anything to help you."Xeal said sourly "If i charged in they could have killed you..."

 

"It's okay," Garxena tried to be reassuring. "It wasn't so bad...."

 

"Dexeon was Hideo's puppet all this time...he used his bonds of familly to trick you. but i found of a way to get rid of Dexeon..." Xeal said "If you still think i shouldn't kill him, speak now..."

 

"I knew he worked with Hideo." Garxena admitted. "He... saved me from Takeshi... told me he wasn't working with Hideo anymore.... He promised me he would stay with me and never let anything hurt me. I just didn't want to be alone.... Now that Kai has left, he's the only family I have. But he... he lied to me.... I know I shouldn't have believed him. Kai warned me. Silax warned me. Everyone knew, but I just can't be alone. He offered me protection, and I took it...."
