"Let's just say I know Kade and leave it at that shall we?" Reon smiled as Yugure came up behind him. "This is Yugure by the way, my Wolf."

"What? Why are you acting weird?" Kade asked curiously.

 

"Its the last trail....to test your true strength, and for you to prove what you would do to get Zepharus back..." Xeal said with a sigh."the last trial is.........":

 

"Xeal! Just tell me!" Kade argued grabbing into him. "I dont care what it is or how bad it is just tell me. I'm going to do this, with or without your help."

 

Xeal looked at her straight in the eyes and said, "A deathmatch"...You and must fight to the death, and when you defeat me... Lente's Tear will free Zepharus and trap in in crystal permanently...but it doesn't matter, as long as one of us is free to move about the worlds, we can still fulfill the resolve that they set out for us..."

 

"What resolve Xeal. None of this makes any sense!" Kade argued as her hands clutched at her hair. "I wont fight you, Zepharus is dead, there's no way that we can freeze him. You Dragons dont make any sense, Zeph was never this way, he was always straightforward."

 

"That might be the Zepharus you know, but the one i knew is long-gone...and about resolve, you dont need to know that." Xeal turned and walked into the castle.

 

"Yes I do, if I'm going to fight you I at least deserve a reason," Kade growled. "And unless I get it I'm not going inside that castle."

 

"Well then. I guess you do deserve an explanation>" Xeal said as he walked over to Kade. "Zepharus and i were both born into House Tensho, the closest descendants of the Divine Dragon Ragnarok, Creator of Draco Mundo. Each of the Four Great Dragon Houses has descendants of Ragnarok, but House Tensho was the first of all the Houses. This world was also linked to a world populated by humans know as Peaceful Meadows, the world i, or should i say my somebody, grew up in. Zeph however, grew up here, in this world. When i became a nobody and regained my old memories, and when Zepharus could fully utilize his powers of a dragon, we were called upon by the Elder Council.We were selected to be the ones to open the Keyhole of these two worlds, Draco Mundo and Peaceful Meadows, in sacrificing our lives to open the keyholes, Ragnarok would awaken once again."

 

"Wait hold it! So I'm supposed to bring Zeph back to life just so he can sacrifice himself! Are you Dragons crazy?! I'm not going to do that to him! Why do you think he locked himself in crystal? After all those other Dragons died the guilt overcame him but he was also running away....... he told me he had a destiny that he didn't want, something he didn't want any part of. I will not bring him back just so he can sacrifice himself so you sick ideals." Kade raged, the tattoo on her arm beginning to glow.

 

"well....how about we make a deal?" Xeal said "you use Lente's Tear on me right now, bring Zeph to life, and just run...if you do that right here, your gonna have to run...run far away...where they cant find you."

 

"I'm not bringing him back just so he can die!" Kade argued, her tattoo that Zepharus left her glowed even brighter. "Wha..... what's going on? Xeal umm I suppose glowing tatoos left by Dragons arent your specialty is it?"

 

"Zepharus' soul is resonating with your rage...it wants release..." Xeal said

 

"And how do we do that? I've been able to contact him before but that was when I was sleeping and he always contacted me. Xeal just do something, I need to get Zepharus out of here and away form these insane Dragons.... I wont let him die again," Kade voice trailed off and the ground suddenly became very interesting.

 

"We leave then?" Xeal asked, getting ready to open a portal.

 

"If that means he wont be used again then yes.... but Xeal what's going to happen to you? I mean are they going to come after you? If there was a way to do this without you and Zepharus having to be sacrificed then I would do it. I want you to know that," Kade looked at the Dragon infront of her.

 

Frostex smiled. "Hello there Yugure." He said. "I didn't really catch your name." He said to Reon.

 

"It doesn't matter, We knew that one of us would have to do this from the start...From the day he ran away." Xeal opened a portal and signaled Kade to go through it.

 

"Reon, I'm a Nobody too. Just a little different then most....." Reon explained as Yugure took human form and sat next to Reon.

"If this really means that much to you I can help you find another way," Kade promised once they were on the other side of the portal.

 

Frostex closed his portal and stopped flowing his mana through it. "Hello then Reon." He said breathing a little heavy.
