Frostex smirked. "Sweet." he said. He doubled his pace, kicking large clumps of earth as he rose up faster.

 

"wait this isnt the top!?" Xeal yelled in astonishment. as he grasped the mountainside and ran up again.

 

Zepharus kept climing the mountainside, his muscles aching from the climb. "So, Mr. Squirrl.... find the top yet?" Zepharus asked as he cought up with Xeal and Frostex.

 

"Dont tease me like that Zepharus..."Xeal said climbing up faster.

 

Frostex looked at both of them. "I take it we should have made it to the top of this mountain?" he asked. He looked up seeing the top of the mountain not even getting any closer.

 

"Does this mountain by any chance go on for ever?" Xeal asked The others

 

"No, just a bunch of stupid clouds in the way," Zepharus growled, he got fed up with climbing the mountain he jumped off the cliffside, descended a few feet then stopped himself and flew up the side of the mountain.

 

Frostex watched as Zepharus flew up towards the peak of the mountain. "Cheater." said Frostex. Frostex then slipped, lost all his momentum, and grabbed the side of the cliff. He quickly found a ledge and jumped to it panting.

 

"You want some help Frostex?" Zepharus called looking down from mid air.

 

In the confusion, Xeal has ran like hell to reach the top and had almost made it when, -slip- "Well this sucks..." He said as he morphed into his dragon form and flew over to Zepharus.

 

Frostex coughed a bit. "Just tripped a bit, I'll be fine." he replied. He looked up the mountain. "Are you getting any higher?" He asked.

 

"If flying to the top." Xeal said as he flew upwards.

 

"Take it you never learned how to fly in Human form," Zepharus smiled seeing Xeal. He lfew down to Frostex, "I can almost see the top. Want me to carry you?"

 

"I think I can make it, can you spot me so I don't fall all the way this time?" Frostex asked. Before any reply came, he began to climb at tremendous speeds eventually running up the mountainside.

 

"Don't rub it in Zepharus..." Xeal said as he flew higher and higher.

 

"Aww c'mon Xeal dont be mad," Zepharus smiled as he flew parallel to the mountain behind Frostex so he didnt fall. "See the top yet Xeal?"

 

"Almost there!" Xeal yelled down as he continued to ascend

 

Zepharus spead up and took his Dragon form and cought up to Xeal ,"Miss me? Zepharus laughed as he flew a little higher.

 

"Urg...its getting harder to breathe...." Xeal said " I dont know how much i could last..."

 

Zepharus slwowed,"You all right Xeal? Maybe we should stop, maybe there isnt a treasure waiting at the top of hte mountain." He looked at Xeal with concern, Xeal was strong for a Dragon, still Zepharus had been the stronger of the two.
