Maya nodded and sighed. Rasler changed himself to a demon and walked to the mansion.

 

"What kind of weapon do you fight with?"

 

Maya materialized a staff in her hands.

 

Zeliek created a gem and placed it in the bottom of her staff.

"Now you'll be able to store souls and draw them out for when you need to feed."

 

Maya nodded and smiled.

 

"We need to go hunting tonight."

 

"Okay. I'll be ready."

 

Zeliek kissed her and put his wings around her.

 

Maya kissed him back.

 

Zeliek spent time with her until nightfall.

"Time to go hunting."

 

Maya nodded and gripped her staff.

 

Zeliek grabbed his scythe.

"We'll have to kill some humans and harvest their souls."

 

Maya looked at him and nodded.

 

Zeliek took her to a nearby village and began to kill.

 

Maya killed some and sorted the souls in her jewel.

 

Zeliek continued to harvest souls.

 

Maya began to harvest the souls.

 

Zeliek finished and stretched.

"We've got enough for now. Let's head back."

 

Maya sighed and went back.

 

"I didn't notice this before, but seeing the humans blood on you excites me."
