The War of the Nobodies

"Him? Obsessed with Phenox?" asked Cooper. "I doubt it. I think he's after my guitar. It's two-of-a-kind, and he has the other one. When one person has them both, their true power is unleashed." He then paused and said. "But, I talk too much. What about you? You seem like an interesting girl."

 

Sakura smiled and shrugged."What about me do you mean? My powers?" she asked him."Sorry i'm not use to talking to a guy you could say. I mean it's not like everyday i have a peacefull conversation you can eaisly atlking to y'know?"

Nyoko looked up at G."L-Love?" she asked him her eyes in shock.This is a shock no one's ever said I love you....not even.... thought Nyoko.

 

"I know what you mean," said Cooper. "It's kinda new for me, too. I've usually been off on my own." He then turned his head for a minute. Is this what Genservant feels with Nyoko? he thought. Nah, couldn't be.

 

Phenox kissed her one more time. "The best."

 

Sakura looked at him and smiled."Same here only i was going to school but one day in the middle of class the building caught on fire without a warning....and then i started going from place tpo place to search for her, Nyoko. Everyone I meet said'Your too young! You'll never make it!' but it was them who didn't make it..." sakura said looking at the sunset then at cooper."It's lonely though am I rite?" sakura asked Cooper a smile on her face.

 

Genservant smiled, "yes, love, it is the only way to describe this, I've never felt it before, but I know what this is," he said.

 

Nyoko stared at him while the tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked up at him."...I don't know what to say..." she said as her cheeks were red and tears were rolling down her calm face.

 

Lexah smiled, "Obviously"

 

Genservant leaned over to Nyoko, "I don't know what I want to hear you say, belive me, I have no expirence with this kind of thing."

 

Nyoko smiled with the tears rolling down her cheeks."I don't think that's what I meant What I mean is I can't describe this feeling..." Nyoko said while clutching on her chest.".....When I'm with you..." Nyoko said soflty.

 

"Yeah. Pretty lonely," said Cooper. "In fact, I should almost thank the war. Without it I wouldn't have met, Genservant, Nyoko, Hades, and all the others. Especially you." The last words came out of his mouth before he could think them.

 

Sakura looked at cooper in amazement."Yeah i guess but I don't understand...I mean without the war I woulda never met such a cool guy like you who's not werid either....unlike hades and G i sense they are just i don't know....." sakura said trailing off while the sun was setting.

 

Genservant laid back on the sand, "I know what you mean, when I first saw you standing up to Xifernos I felt this weird warmth inside, and everytime I've been near you since it has been realy strong," he said.

 

"You get used to them," said Cooper. "But I bet Nyoko and Genservant are gonna be a real pain now." He looked over at them cuddled up against each other. "Hmph. They're lucky."

 

Sakura looked at cooper and leaned back."theyre not that bad I mean it's not like they're well i don't know...." Sakura said trailing off."How are they lucky? But still a pain? I don't get it....Aren't they just friends?" sakura asked deep in thought.

Nyoko snuggled up on the laying down G."I hope Cooper knows that sakura knows nothing about this kinda stuff.." she said while looking at the sunset her head on G's Chest."And c'mon i wasn't that brave. Xienfrom is nothing....he's just a baby boy who thinks he can do whateveer he wants..." Nyoko said to G her eyes slowly closing.

 

"Just friends?" asked Cooper. "Look at them." he said, turning his head. "Do normal friends act like that? They're in love; something most Nobodies can't feel. They're lucky because they can feel love. They'll be a pain because they'll be going on and on about it, probably." He turned back to the sunset. It really was one of the most beautiful sights he's seen. Second most beautiful. He sighed and closed his eyes. Then I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, too. he thought.

 

Sakura looked back at them then at the sunset."I don't know...why do you think half empty yet half full?" sakura asked trailing off looking at the sunset a sad look on her face.What is wrong with me? it's o obivious it seems yet no matter how hard i try i fail thought sakura as she looked at him with the corner of her eye and then looked down at the ground feeling blue...

 

Cooper opened his eyes and looked at his guitar. Been a while since I played it for fun... he thought. "And I have the perfect song for this..." he said, smirking. He grabbed his guitar, sat upright, and changed his guitar from the normal electric to an acoustic. The guitar was black with a silver pickguard (the little teardrop shaped thing). He started playing a song he remembered as a Somebody: Mona Lisa (When The World Comes Down) by The-All American Rejects.

 

Sakura watched in amazement at him as he played this song."Are you sure your not a hero?" sakura asked him.Guys like him...are just well...they know who they are and who they want to be...nor afraid....to find their dreams... thought sakura.

 

Cooper looked back at Sakura, still playing, extending the intro so he could talk. "Well, after talking to you, I just don't know anymore," he said. He turned back around and started singing:
