The War of the Nobodies

The lightning shot throughout Hades's body, he began to glow with purple-ish twilight energy, before exploding in a flash of energy, and there was no sign of him left.

Kouri nodded, "we're fine, but I thought you were with the kings?" she asked.

Malum ducked the sword, and brought his own up in a lunge towards Cooper.

Genservant and Xifernos began to play with fire, literaly.

 

"Hahahahaha! Everyone always seems to leave me. I guess I come off as too straightforward. Heheh." Xengla said smiling a bitter smile. "Everyone always leaves me...very well then, I suppose we'll meet again some other time, Mr. Hades, sir. It was a fine battle and I enjoyed it graciously. *zap* Haha! Tickles.." Xengla muttered as a spark of electricity came off her. Well, at least I'm extremely charged now. Surely, if I discharge this into someone it'll send them flying. Heheh, what great fun this'll be! Xengla teleported to where most everyone else was. "Hello again, you too!" Xengla greeted Kouri and Sakura. She had not yet met Lexah. After the lightning bolt had hit, a lot of the energy had also gone to Xengla and now electricity was flowing around and through her. It was visible as a column of blue rising up from her feet to her head.

 

Kouri starred at Xengla, "hello, again, I thought Hades wanted to deal with you?" she said coldly.

Xifernos and Genservant began to send waves of fire between them.

 

"Ooh. Always so cold, Miss Frost. And he disappeared." Xengla said shrugging,"Don't know where he went. So, what's happening here? A 4 way fight between manly men? Which ones are you guys rooting for?" Xengla asked. Electricity crackled around her. "Heh heh. Don't get too close now. Unless of course, you want to see something cool." Xengla said snickering.

 

"Awww... but I like to see cool things!" Hades said from behind Xengla, now in a orginisation coat, and floating off the ground, "and don't even try the lightning, you'll regret it."

 

"Oh, what a surprise, Mr. Hades. I had thought you had gone away. Well, it's nice to see you again." Xengla said without turning around. "And no worries, I won't try that again. Well...not necessarily as dramatic as it was last time." Xengla added smiling. More electricity crackled around her. Suddenly it disappeared. "You know. I think I'd like to take a break. I've fought two fights today. I'm kind of tired. How about we all call a truce?" Xengla said turning around to face them all.

 

Hades raised his eyebrow, Kouri looked plain shocked, "YOU WANT TO WHAT?!!!" they both yelled out at the same time.

"This is a war!" Kouri shouted.

 

"So? Even soldiers sleep at night." Xengla said shrugging. "You especially, can't possibly say you're not a little exhausted. As for you two, I don't know about that." Xengla said pointing to Hades, Kouri and Sakura respectively. "So, then what, you guys are telling me you're all androids that never get tired or something?"

 

Hades shook his head, "no... but you don't just leave in the middle of a battle, this is war, and if you were properly listed under kings followers, then you could be executed for leaving a battle, as I said before, it is war, they don't care wether or not you're tired, they just want to to fight, you're an extra body to throw at the enemy, that is all you are if you are in an army," he said.

 

"Heh." Xengla smiled a sad smile. "I never knew about that policy. But look at you, preaching to me now, eh?" Xengla said moving closer. "Ah I suppose it can't be helped. I'm...surprised that both of you acted this way." Xengla said. "But I'm an impatient person. And I tire of this lying game." Hades was closest as Xengla grabbed his foot and discharged about half of the energy from the lightning bolt. She quickly turned to Kouri and laughed. "Hahaha! 'It's a trap!' Hahahaha..."

 

Hades just smiled, "I'm in my final form right now, and thanks to it, I'm immune to elemental attacks," he grinned, before placing an over-powered kick at her face.

Kouri looked on, "it's your show Hades, I'm not involved."

 

Rats. And I really figured he'd be blown away. Literally. God, what a cheat. Xengla thought as she flew a few feet before suddenly disappearing and reappearing in front of Kouri and discharging the other half. After that she became a blur going straight to Hades with swords charged and at the ready. "You're not being fun anymore, Hades. I don't think Zeus wants you in his territory. Perhaps Poseidon will take you instead." She mocked punching him in the stomach towards the ocean. She wasn't expecting much of a result.

 

Kouri had taken precautions against being paralyzed again, her spinal cord currently had an almost insubstantial barrier of ice around it, but it was enough to block the electrical current from messing with her control, what it didn't do was protect her from the shock itself. She was knocked down to the ground, all of her hair standing on end.

Hades flew back a few feet from the impact, it may protect from elements, but it has nothing on phisical, he thought.

 

Lexah took a step back frowning slightly, she wasn't too sure whose side Xengla was on and she wasn't too keen to get involved, they seemed to be beating eachother up anyway.

 

After Xengla landed on the ground, she noticed Kouri and started to point and laugh at her. "Hahahahaha! Make yourself an ice mirror! You need to see this!" Xengla nudged Lexah "Pretty funny don't you think so?" Then she became more focused on the battle and charged her swords. Even though it may not seem like it, she actually didn't really like fighting. Just clowning around, but when it actually came to cutting someone up....Just stay focused. Surely you won't remember. At this moment, Xengla's eyes turned dead and she became silent. Her hands were ready to use her swords.

 

Lexah smiled slightly but honestly she didn't find it that amusing, she fought because this was a war, not because she enjoyed people getting hurt.

 

Kouri stood up, her hair no longer standing on end, "So you think it's funny, huh?" she asked, and without waiting for an awnser she created a miniture blizard, millions of ice crystals flying out of nowhere to strike at Xengla.

Hades got up then slowly backed up two stepps, chick fight, damn it! He thought.

 

Lexah quickly moved out of the way, she did not want to be dragged into this fight.

 

Phenox and Erix clashed blades. Phenox pushed. Sparks flew.

"What's wrong, Phenny? Feeling a little tired?" Erix mocked.

 

Xengla stretched out the fingers of her right hand. Small streams of lightning stretched out from the fingers as well as from a ball of lightning formed in the palm. The ball turned bigger and soon floated a little above Xengla, forming more streams of lightning. The streams struck down the pieces of ice. Xengla reequipped her sword in her hand while the ball took care of most of the ice. A few small shards got through, but they left minor cuts. Xengla charged at Kouri ready to actually make contact.
