Whisk was blasted back, but grabbed a branch, swung himself around it and launched himself towards where John was standing seconds before.
Zuiden held the chain of his kusarigama in his left hand, swinging the blade in his right, "Bring it on, you poor excuse for a Cylian!"

Lanan and Ruby exchanged glances, wondering what would happen next.

 

OOC: Starseeker says he's done.

BIC: Tristan was stunned, he didn't know what to say. "My sister... You've seen my sister? Where?"

Zack was lead to a dark chamber and was told that the General was in there. Zack narrowed his eyes as he stared into the chamber. The remains of the crystal was here. Zack slowly entered the chamber.

Karchit had left the remains of the camp, something was going on in the west. Karchit stared into the darkness. Three figures were fighting in the distance. Karchit smiled. "Zuiden, what is this now?"

 

Gemini looked from Eleanor to Tristan, surprised that Eleanor was so direct. "We were walk together towards Edelsteen but then she left me to go on past the town because she claimed it was too dangerous." she explained. "It wasn't that long ago either, she can't have gone more than a few days walking from Edelsteen."

 

Tristan nodded and rubbed his chin. So she is coming in our direction. This could end poorly if one of the villagers see her.

 

"Because of all the wanted posters?" Gemini asked. "Why is it that you two are being hunted like that anyways. If you are the prince and princess, it makes no sense."

 

My father wants us dead, and so do the villagers. They've lost faith in the government and in themselves. My father made a mess, and I need to set things right.

 

Lanan interjected before Tristan could answer any more details, "Time is a factor here. Let's just say they're at odds with their father. We'll have to share the whole story later, but" he looked at his newly formed group, "if you really believe my story, Tri-Dewn, we need to find your sister."
Ruby stepped forward, she knew what Master Luna was about to suggest. "We should split up. Someone finds your sister," she pointed to a poster, "while the rest plan your...operation," she finished, referring to slaves.

 

"That's true," Eleanor added. "We need to find her; I'm sure she's not doing well on her own."

 

"Then whoever can reach her fastest should go after her do you think?" Gemini suggested, since Lanan had said time was an issue

 

Eleanor looked to Tristan, unsure who should go. Whatever happens, I'm not leaving this guy.

 

Lanan looked at "Dewn". He obviously wouldn't be able to move too fast. Even if he was in top condition, he was still a human. His eyes then moved to Naserrea. If she was anything like Ruby, she wouldn't leave his side. Dewn's female companion seemed tired, would she be up to it? He knew he was fast, as was Ruby and Gemini. He frowned as he realized that was the only option. If he went by himself, how could he convince Sameire to follow him, a mere stranger, back? Gemini said that she knew her, would the Princess listen to her? He looked around, still wary about people passing by. He let out a sigh and replied, "You can't go anywhere, Dewn," he still wasn't used to the new name, "not in that condition. So I guess I'll have to go. But only one person should accompany me. The others need to stay here and make a thorough plan." His eyes moved from Ruby, who had a shocked expression on her face, to Gemini and the girl, Eleanor.
Ruby gasped, but didn't say anything. She knew if someone else went with him, she would be forced to stay behind. She would be separated from her master, and left with strangers...and the rat.

 

Tristan nodded with approval. "Eleanor and me should get some rest. we'll need it for tomorrow night. Nas and Ruby, I need you two to buy us two cloaks so we can safely walk through the market tomorrow afternoon. After that, I want you two to scout the place together."

Nas appeared to be day dreaming, but as soon as she heard her name, her head whipped towards Tristan's direction. She was appalled at the thought of accompanying Rubira, "B...but master..."

"No buts!" Tristan said firmly.

 

Ruby hissed at Tristan. "YOU do NOT give me orders," she glared at him as she said it.
"Calm down, Ruby," Lanan growled. He looked at Tristan, "I trust you with my Summon, BUT you need to be careful. She's...not as nice as yours." He then turned to Gemini, "That means it's you and me again."
Ruby took a step back, not taking her glare off of the human. One bite would be all I need to end hisss life.

 

Gemini nodded. "alright, then we better get going before she gets too far to track." she looked at Ruby, hoping she and the other Summon, Nas, wouldn't get into a fight.

 

"Where on earth are we supposed to sleep the few hours left of the night?" Eleanor asked.

 

Lanan nodded his agreement to Gemini. "Ruby, protect these two as you would protect me, alright?"
Ruby gave a hesitant nod, her glare turning into an apologetic look.
"Do NOT fight with Naserrea and do NOT cause a scene." Turning his head towards Eleanor and Tristan, he replied, "I'll-WE"ll be back soon, with your sister." He immediately tore a poster from the wall and jammed into his pouch. "Let's go, Gemini," he said as he fell on all fours and ran towards the gate. Now we have to backtrack...

 

Gemini waved quickly to the group before taking off after Lanan and leaping to catch up. I hope we find her quickly. She'll be so happy to see him. she thought to herself as she ran.

 

Nas made Roots shoot, out of the ground, towards Ruby. They moved side to side like a snake threatening to bite. "You will not insult my master!"

"NAS, YOU WILL NOT HURT HER!"

"But she said-"

"I don't care what she says. She can whine, insult, complain, and argue with me as much as she wants, but that's not going to change the fact that she is going to help me out anyway. Lanan will see to that." Tristan gave a sly grin with that last sentence. He then turned to Ruby.
"Ruby, I can't tell just by looking at you that you don't like me. but you know what? I don't give a damn. You'll be helping me whether you like it or not. Whether you want to waste your energy complaining and making insults is up to you, but it's not going to do you any good. You better suck it up, Summon."
Tristan then looked at Eleanor. "Well.... there is one place, but you aren't going to like it. The good old sewers will do the trick."

Ruby spit twice to both Naserrea and Dewn, but she missed intentionally. Thiss team-up better be short-lived....

As the gate came into view, Lanan asked Gemini, "So where exactly are we going?"
