The world of Laifel

Eve wanted to jump for joy when he heard Kurt's offer.
"I would lo--"Eve said "AH!"Eve said taking a breath and putting a head over his head.

 

They say animals always know what's going on, before humans. Cylians, being one with nature, are probably more likely to detect danger, as well.
When the mysterious wave passed through them, Flame Burst used his strength to remain standing. Even on four legs, he nearly fell. His instincts made him howl loudly, as loud as it could... a great danger had been born ; he knew it.

Kurt felt bad after receiving the shock. Physically, it was weak... but his head was hurting, as if some evil energy flashed through him.

"Eve! Are you alright?!" he shouted, seeing that Eve felt the wave as well.

Trenyan was closer to the source of the incident. He first though that a Leecher catapult had thrown a stone in the castle, but figured out that it was something else. His head hurt, and he could realize that, somehow, his Cylian part alerted him of something horrible happening...


OOC : Hm... I think we may have gotten too far with the shockwave phenomenon. How powerful was it supposed to be, Pezz?

 

Ooc: Okay, I need to post something and all but since my computer fried, it might not be very long....

Bic: Sonia, sat stairing at the old man, as he drank his drink...as he finished up, started looking at the young girl who had a firey determination in her eyes.

"So, what is it you want miss," The man asked Sonia...

"I need information about a vampire, do you have anything for me?" Sonia questioned

 

Alira was about to tell them the rumor she had heard when a serying pain hit her, it was as if a long lost connection had been restored. The pain was to much and she screamed in a demonic voice that could be heard for miles. The pain faded and Alira felt stronger then before, but only a little.

 

OOC: Pezz, you sly fox! you make everyone think Kellington was the Demon and then BAM!

BIC:
Lanan was a few feet away from stepping into town when a weird feeling overcame him. "Grrrrr," Lanan couldn't stop himself from growling. All the hair and fur on his body was standing on end, he could sense something strange from in the air, and out of nowhere, he let loose a long howl, scaring the residents of Edelsteen.
"Mas-?" Ruby shifted from her human form to her true form within seconds. As soon as her tail erupted from her body, she ducked behind the nearest building, making sure no one saw her. Letting out a low hiss, she looked around trying to find the source of the wave of energy she felt, but she couldn't find anything. And just as soon as it came, it was gone and she was back to her human form. "Master?" she said walking towards Lanan.

"Alira?" As soon as Azazel said her name, he felt the same thing she did. Turning to his true Devil form, he jumped out the window and flew to the sky. He looked in every direction, but could not pinpoint the source of the energy he felt.
"What is this?" Ras'tepa looked at the King's hand. It was shaking. The wierdest thing came over Ras'tepa's real body, on the human's lower back, but the feeling disappeared just as quick as it came.

What? Zuiden couldn't place the feeling. He had just witnessed a breeze blowing across the land and when it reached him, he felt something strange. He looked to his left to see Whisk riding on his horse, but Whisk seemed tense. "You feel it, too?" "Yes, my instincts went wild for a second, and my hair's standing on end, but that feeling...it's gone. It was like...a strom was coming..." Whisk didn't look away from the path he was traveling on as he spoke.
Without answering Whisk, Zuiden turned his head to see the guild behind him. Every Fairrel and Cylian in his range of sight was tense. Something's up...the humans don't seem to sense anything. Does it have do with nature? Zuiden looked forward again, oh well, it's not messing with my plans!

 

"Are you alright, Master?" Ruby asked Lanan as she approached him.
Lanan was still shaking a little bit. That...feeling didn't just scare him, it excited him. "I feel...kind of great," he said with a smile. "My Cylian side went insane, but my Fairrel instincts became excited...jumpy." Lanan looked at his hands as he talked, "I don't know why, by that combination...felt really good."

This is like the only plan that worked out perfectly, lol. It was probably because nobody saw it coming.

Ok everyone. One thing that I would like to clear up. The demonic realm is not connected to a demon's powers. their powers are their own. Therefore they do not get stronger with the release of the seals. We are already going to get more demons. The last thing we need is for them to get even stronger, lol

 

OOC: I thought so, but I just went with the flow lol, I'll edit my posts in a few minutes then

 

Trenyan, probably because he was, unknowingly, very close to the source of the wave, had a very intense pain. He flinched backwards, before putting a hand on his forehead. Looking around him, he noticed the humans... they didn't seem too shocked by what had happened. Did they feel it too?

His headache was losing intensity quickly.
Despite the remaining pain, he talked. But he had problems articulating his words, and nearly spoke gibberish.

"Ok, if you say so, so the... Yes, the king is the one who came up with the plans... yeah, I guess he won't come to the... the... what's the word... yeah, the crowd, the villagers."

Suddenly taking control of himself, Trenyan resumed, with a determined tone, before anyone could ask him why he was feeling so strange.

"So the king is the one behind this... and you don't agree with him. In that case, listen : It happens that I have exclusive knowledge of a few... a few "details", for lack of a better word. I'd like to have a talk with you, and with all your subordinate officers. Mark my words ; I have knowledge that could, if you listen to it, save everything that you hold dear."

 

OOC You do know that I changed my post right? The disturbance wasn't that bad.
BIC "Yeah I am okay, just a slight headache" Eve said

 

OOC : Yeah, I changed them.

BIC :

"What in the world was that?!" said Kurt.
"It came from that way... from the south. From Baflee! What happened there?"

 

" I don't know what it was all I know is that we shouldn't head that way, unless we want to end up dead." Eve said.
Should we start moving, should we stay here?
I really don't know what to do, my instincts say to run, but I think that would be a bad idea.

 

Kurt thought for a few seconds.
"Whatever it was, you agree it wasn't good, do you? In that case, I have no time to lose. I need to go find that person I was asked to find... are you coming?"

He resumed thinking :
Hopefully, Trenyan and that guy Lythorne were away from whatever caused that...

 

"Yeah I am coming with you" Eve said as he took a bite of the fish.
"I just got to put the fire out." Eve said while he dumped a bucket of water on the fire. After that he made sure there was no sparks in the air. He grabbed Eura and fed her, and then he smiled at Kurt and said "Alright let’s go."

 

Kurt couldn't help but let a laugh out. This Cylian was extremely friendly. How come they've met in so dire circumstances?

"Aren't you going to ask me more details before you embark on this journey? I can't guarantee this will be safe."

 

Eve just smiled and shook his head. Eve couldn't imagine a thing that would make him want to stay in this forest.
"I am ready to go wherever you want to go." Eve said.
I hope I don't sound too desperate.

 

"Fine, then let's go. We're moving north, towards Ilianam. I'll explain everything you need to know on the way. For the moment... we have no time to lose."

Glad to have a companion, which is bound to make his mission easier and safer, Kurt finished his fish, and got up. He had made a friend and an ally today.

Flame Burst had stopped howling for a while, but was still agitated. Kurt hoped to uncover the mystery of that shockwave later... he had other priorities now.

Well, at least that's what he thought.

 

Eve walked on left of Kurt. Eve admired Kurt’s black hair for a moment, but then he thought he saw Kurt’s head move towards him, so Eve turned his head forward. It was kind of like a game of red light green light.
Eve looked up at the sky, and he saw thousands and thousands of stars in the midnight sky.

 

OOC : I have to leave, like right now. Sorry, but I'll be away for a few hours... gotta hurry... see ya later
