The world of Laifel

Gemini nodded, saving her breath for running now. She set her eyes ahead and sprinted, anxious to hear his explination.

 

"What a pretty little thing she is. Such fine blond hair and her skin so fair." Screech licked the girl's face, making her cringe. He smiled and turned his attention back to the Angelen. "So, how should I kill her? Should I rip out her heart? Bite off her face? Or should I crush her windpipe?"

Kellington concentrated on the flows of mana. He didn't want to use too much energy to quickly, else he would risk losing consciousness. He managed to form a ball of scourging hot blue flames. He then threw it at the demon's ankle. This better work. he thought.

Nevirz felt a freezing, burning sensation when the crossbreed froze his ankle. Damn that Kellington! What's he up to? He wondered. His question was soon answered when a blast of sudden heat hit is ankle. There was a loud crack. It felt like all the blood vessels in his ankle had just burst open.
Nevirz wanted to roar in pain, but the swollen throat wouldn't allow that. He was no longer able to support himself on his right foot, so he fell to the ground. Damn them! I'll kill them all!

Kellington nodded and then said, "Now lets try his left thigh."

 

"You will not kill her!" Kael charged forward. His sword swayed and bent, changing it's shape in the most confusing of manners.

 

Screech jumped backwards and landed on the roof of a near by house. "I wonder how she tastes. I'll just take a nibble." Screech bit off the girl's left ear. She screamed out in pain. Tears rolled from her eyes.

 

Kael grit his teeth as he skidded to a halt. There was no point to saving the girl anymore. She'd probably die from her wounds. His sword stopped chaning and reverted back to it's long-blade form. His heart ached with failure. He'd promised himself to never let harm come to the people of this world ever again. Yet before him was an innocent girl being tourtured.

 

After the general's attack, Trenyan jumped in for an attack. He hit the monster right in the back, but, as before, slashing him barely had an effect.
He heard the general's order, and he was about to do it, but he worried about his Molding energy. Approaching the human, he said :

"Is it really necessary?" he asked. Then, in a whisper, should the demon hear :
"My powers are running out. We must finish it now!"

Lythonre hated the concept of energy. He had fought fiercely, trying to conserve some of his strength, but he still tired. He wasn't evne sure where he was on the battlefield. He had killed many Leechers, but now that their surprise attack was discovered, his group was in trouble.
But what were those things that fought the enemy? Like the flying creatures he occasionally saw?

 

The girl continued to scream. "Ah, what a wondrous sound. It's music to my ears." he then looked down at the Angelen. "Oh? have you given up on her now?" Screech looked at the girl. "You see that, girl? He's knows that you are going to die anyway. He's given up on you and abandoned you to a slow, painful death. How cruel of him." Screech bit off the girl's nose.

"I want to halt his movements. I have some questions to ask him." said Kellington. "do you have enough energy to take out his other three appendages?"

 

"Zach get out of here" Sebastion yelled at Zack"Get out of here if you value your life"This is either really smart or dumb he thought as he landed behind Zack.

Jacob had gottern to the creature and cut of it's head. All the other creatures noticed hm."Hurry up he yelled at max, and the other 2 men with swords.I hope I don't regret this he thought.

 

Kael sheathed his sword. He'd had enough of this. In a flash of light, he had returned to his griffin form. An ear-piercing screech came from his beak as he lifted into the air. Using his lightening speed, he got the girl away from Screech, laid her on the roof, and lifted Screech into the air by his neck. His beak held the Leecher's neck, his claws held Screech's bent legs.

 

"I'm not sure. That should be the fallback plan.
However, I poisoned him. He should be having hallucinations and seizures... he doesn't seem to be having them, but he's definitely weakened."

He approached the demon.

"Hello, piece of treacherous idiot scum. How are you feeling about Ice Molders now?"

 

Eve turned red when Kurt complimented him.
If Kurt thinks I am a great molder already, wait till he sees what else I can do!
"Thanks Kurt" Eve said with his usual smile.

He is so sweet.
"Are you sure you want to take the first shift?" Eve asked.

 

"I do hope that you aren't planing on blowing everything up. There are humans here. Plus, doing that will leave you weak for days." He said as he blasted a beam of light into another Leecher's face and swung his chain through another one's throat. Both fell down dead. Zack's body count was way in the hundreds now, the lizards had decided not to mess with him, the leechers, on the other hand, still wanted to try their luck against him. Not the smartest of moves.
Zack spun in a circle and shot beams all around him, in order to give him space. he then said to Sebastian, "Don't do anything stupid."
Zack began his transformation into his true form. His skin turned to scales that were of the purest of whites. Turquoise butterfly like wings sprouted from his back. The wings could be seen through just a little. His neck stretched and his head transformed. And from out behind him erupted a tail. within a few seconds, Zack had transformed into a dragon. The transformation even left the Leechers in awe.
Zack released an echoing roar. The roar gave hope to those on his side. For those that were against him, the roar struck fear into their hearts. Zack soared into the air and circled the city once. Again he let out a roar. He then swooped down and landed outside the city walls, on the north side, and released a breath of fire on the nearby Leechers. Zack then began to shrink back into his human form.

Nevirz spat on the crossbreed's face and summoned energy into his right fist. He slammed it through the floor. The hallway began to split in two. Nevirz fell through the crack smiling.

"That's why I wanted to immobilize him, so he would be rendered harmless!" said the general. "After him! I will not let him escape!"

Screech let out a laugh. "You 'do-gooders' are a joy to tease. Go ahead, Kill me. Rip out my intestines. Rip off my head. Drop me from high above. Give me the worse you got."

 

Kael ripped off one of Screech's legs first. He knew that he's get no scream of pain, but it sure as heck made him feel better to kill the Leecher slowly. Tossing the torn limb to the ground, he gouged the other from it's socket. The stench of the creature's blood made he stomach curl. His beak clamped shut, seperating Screech's head from his body, both falling to the ground. Kael nearly wretched from the disgusting taste of the blood in his mouth. He hovered in the air, looking down at the dismembered corps.

OOC: Ah, Kodac moments. xD

 

"Yes, I'll take the first shift. You must be tired after Molding a forest by yourself.
I'll wake you up after two hours or so, and then you can be the sentinel. Wake Flame Burst up after that, and he'll resume. Is that ok?"

So much for the fallback plan, thought Trenyan. After barely a few seconds of rest, he now had to Mold a whole lot of ice.

And so he did. He Molded ice on the walls of the fissure, near the demon... and suddenly, made the ice form a platform under the monster. But that wasn't all. He focused, and Molded a large ice pick, which came flying out of the platform, sending the demon flying.

(OOC : I mean like FFX's Blizzara")

Trenyan nearly feel from the energy used. He was feeling very strange, because his mind was exhausted, but his body was in quite a normal shape.

"General! Strike him now!"

 

OOC: none of the general's attacks will harm him really. He's not a skilled mage. I don't know what to do now, lol.

 

I actually wanted the general to attack, so that he throws Nevirz away from the fissure. He's flying just above it.

Trenyan can then attack physically, and even use his second poison sphere if things go dicey.

 

OOC: Kellington do a physical attack in his condition? He's have trouble just staying conscious. besides he's no where near the demon. He was knocked away because of the statue. He wasn't even near the demon then. poison isn't going to last long on Nevirz.

 

OOC : ... I meant a magical attack. Or does it have no knockback?
I just want Nevirz to be away from the fissure.

 

OOC: He could use a powerful wind attack, but that would like use up most of his energy. Like I said, he's not that skilled in the ways of magic.

 

Kael drifted down to the roof, only to find the girl dead. His wings sagged by his side, talons scratching at the roof's panneling. I never should have fallen for that monster's taunts....
