The world of Laifel

Eleanor walked into the house, letting her eyes adjust to the darkness of the small main room. The walls and the surroundings were exactly as she had hoped; covered in jars and sacs and cabinets of herbs and medicines.

 

Sameire's hand flew to the hilt of her dagger. "Who are you?" She snapped, her defences suddenly higher. "Did my father send you? I warn you now: if you try to take me back, I won't go without a fight."

 

Eve hand almost moved to his sling shot, but then he remembered that was not his mission.
"I am Eärendur Eve Vardamir, prince of the plant molders, and I don't work for people like the king!" Eve said shocked that she would even think that he looked like a mercenary who was just up for hire by anyone with money.

 

Navigating the streets and alleys, the shrouded man searched for the boy. He shook his head at the memory. That boy, what was his problem. All he had to do was follow him. Instead of following such a simple instruction, his feet placed him up on a soapbox. Now he was beaten and bruised. In no way does he care mind you, in fact, him being wounded would make things much easier. The shear stupidity was just...disgusting is all. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, he found him. Up against a wall, sweating with a rodent at his feet, the boy looked like a corpse. Perfect. Moving like the wind, the cloaked man pounced on the oportunity and began to dig through the child's clothes, trying to find something of value.

 

"My name is Kurt Klaiv.
We do not work for someone as twisted as your father. We're here because we need you, and you need us too."

Kurt was happy when Sameire revealed her identity. Now though, he had to be as diplomatic as he could.

 

OOC: Nas is on his shoulder.

Nas began hissing and spitting when the cloaked man started digging through Tristan's clothes. She then leaped to the ground and transformed into her human form. Because she had just gone from animal form to human form, she was unclothed. "You get your hands away from him or you'll wish you'd have never been born."

 

"WOAH!!!"

Stumbling backwards, the cloaked man felt his heart stop for a moment before quickening it's rhythm.

"What...how? You know what screw it! I don't have time for this! Begone you....what...everyouare and let me be. I have some business to attend to."

 

"A roots shot from the earth and began twisting around each other until the formed something similar in shape to a spear. Nas grabbed the spear and snapped the bottom off. She then pointed the spear at the man's neck. Her hair went into flames. "You leave, or I'll make you leave!"

 

Making a big show of it, the cloaked man twirled his staff infront of him. A primal growl escaped his folds of clothing.

Fine! If I have to get what is mine by going through you, I gladly accept.

 

Nas thrust the spear at the Man. At the same time she called upon the creatures of nature, Owls, mice, rats and summon them to come to her master's aid.

 

He deflected the blow with a twirl of his staff and tried to ram the butt into her jaw. He had no idea what was going on, but nothing was keeping him from his prize.

 

Nas shook off the blow, not feeling any pain. She smiled, two owls swooped from the sky and clawed at the man's face. At the same time, a rat and a mouse, bit his legs. More animals were on there way.

 

Backing up, the man swatted at the owls and stomped on the mice. His hood was ripped by the feathered beats. This was bad. Turning around, he scooped up tristan and began to flee.

 

OCC: ok, you scooped up a grown man. not the best idea.

Nas made the ground shoot up blocking the man's exit. roots shot from the ground and wrapped around man's legs and torso. another root shot up from behind the man and threatened to impale him. More roots shot from the ground just in case. Nas leaped into the air and sort of floated until she landed in front of the man. "If you do not release my master then I will kill you."

 

"How do I know I can trust you?" Sameire asked sceptically, her hand still on the hilt of her dagger. But, judging by the way they spoke of the king, they couldn't be on his side. Her hand dropped from her dagger. "O-okay... So you don't like the King. But why did you bother coming to me?" She was just now taking notice of Flame Burst. She'd always loved animals - you didn't have to be sceptical with them - and Flame Burst was quickly winning her over. A smile crept to her face.

 

Though it couldn't be seen, a smirk formed under his cowl. Slipping his hand into his pocket, he arched his legs.
"Alright, I'll drop him."

Using all his strengh, he threw the boy into the air.

 

OOC: he's not a boy. He's a full grown man.

Bic: Nas used flows of wind to keep Tristan in the air. she rose him higher still. she released the other man and unblock the exit. "Now leave before I really do kill you."

 

OOC: Lol. We have you now! :D
BIC: Who is she smiling at? I hope it isn't Kurt; I really don't need any competition. Wait is she smiling at me? Nah, I don’t think she would smile at me. I don’t look like any prince charming.
Is it my long hair? Is it funny or something? No, wait. I think she is smiling at the wold. Can't blame her, who doesn't love fluffy animals?
Eve then waited for Kurt to start explaining things; after all Eve only came on this mission so he could hang with Kurt.

 

OOC: it's a wolf, not a dog.

 

OOC: Well I once had a dream that I was baby pig living on a farm!
