Lanan's mouth dropped and he burst out into laughter. "You're just a baby!" he told Gemini between laughs.

 

Karchit eyed the fellow up and down. "Who exactly are you, anyway?"

 

Gemini laughed too and swatted her hand up to smack the foot she could reach. "I am not!" she protested, "I'm just not ancient."

Lanan rolled onto his feet and jumped to Gemini's branch, landing inches away from her head. He immediately crouched until his face was jsut a foot over hers. Baring his fangs while smiling and letting out a small growl, he asked, "Are you calling me old?"

Zuiden walked around Karchit and sat down in his chair. "Who am I? I'm just a...risk-taker of sorts. But as I said, I'm hoping to be your new ally. So what do you say?"

Ruby glared into Ekaf's eyes and immediately wrapped her tail around her. She then whipped her tail and sent Ekaf into a tree. Bolting so she caught up with Ekaf, she spit a stream of vemon to her, petrifying the fake summon to the tree. "Hopelesss fake, you'll can't measure up to the original." Ruby then turned around and entered the woods, searching for Lanan.

 

OOC: umm...... Ekaf is fight Ruby, and your demon is still heading to Baflee. Tristan is feeling fevorous from his wound. Kurt has found Sammy. Nevirz is dead. General Kellington's first name is Danvil, or simply Dan. Screech is dead. Karchit is about to make a new ally with Zuiden. Aidou and Adiual are heading for Sin Isle.

Ekaf stabbed Ruby with her sword. "Fake? I don't know what do you mean. I have a message and I delievered it, I had no intention of fighting" she said as she dug her sword in.

 

Gemini just smiled. "Yes I am." she agreed sweetly before slipping lithely to the side of him. "If I'm a baby then you are beyond anceint in fact." she added.

 

ooc: Lauren is traveling right now, towards Baflee, and its such a great distance, I'm not going to write it unless someoe talks to her.

 

Ruby hissed and looked back at her tail. Ekaf's blade was deep into it and green blood was dripping out. Looking at Ekaf, she noticed she only managed to turn one arm to stone. I should work on my aim... Ruby twisted her tail so the blade exited her body and turned her body until she was face to face with Ekaf. "You delivered it and you got your ansswer. My Massster will not join yoursss. You put anyone in danger and he never will. Tell that to your poor excuse of a Devil Masster."



Lanan felt a strange tingle in his leg and immediately thought of Ruby. I hope she's okay... Ignoring the pain, he turned his head to look at Gemini. "Ancient? You better respect your elders, little girl."

 

Gregory could see a lot of things running towards one person.That must be him,and he needs help he thought as he took out 3 of his arrows and launched tham a 3 of the leecher,killling him and he slid down a hill running towards him.

"I must have a guardian Angel" Sebastion said as he sasw the 3 leechers die. He kicked a leecher, braking it's leg. Than he ran over and picked up a dead lizards sword. It's off balanced but it will have to do. he thought as he took a battle stance.

 

"Prove you deserve it." Gemini shot back, leaning on the tree and crossing her arms smuggly. She glanced down to where they'd run from, wondering if they should go find Ruby yet.

 

" If he dosen't join know, he won't have the chance to join again" she said. She broke out of rubies tail and ran off.

 

Lanan watched her carefully. "Careful, that sounds like a challenge."

Ruby watched Ekaf run until she was gone and looked at her wound. "Damn fake..." she hissed as she spit venom on it. The cut was covered by stone. Her venom was deadly to her others, but on her own body, the stone would soon merge with her skin or scales and heal the cut.

Zuiden stood back and slowly walked towards Karchit. Showing Karchit his hand, signalling a handshake, he replied smiling, "Zuiden Virh, metal molding Cylian, leader of the Guild of the Steel Sword. It's a pleasure to meet you."

 

"Oh good, that's what i was aiming for." Gemini laughed, "But shouldn't we help Ruby?" she added quickly.

 

Karchit looked at Zuiden's outstretched hand and sneered. "I know of no 'Steel Sword'. Though I do know of the 'Broken Sword'. I hear you have some powerful mages and shapers."

 

"I have a very bad feeling about this" Eve said to himself.

 

Zuiden looked at his own hand and returned it to his side. He didn't show Karchit that he was offended. However, he was excited to tell the truth about the guild. "You mean the Broken Blade...or should I say formerly. I took over the Guild and renamed it. Broken means the Blade was weak and with me as the leader, we no longer are."

Lanan stood up and frowned. He was looking forward to a good scrap. But he was worried about Ruby. He jumped down and landed on his hind legs. Standing straight up, he looked into the distance. "You're right. Come on. If we're lucky, we won't need to see how well you can defend yourself."

The deeper Ruby slithered into the woods, the more she could sense Lanan. "Almossst there."

 

Gemini dropped from the tree to the ground, landing lightly on her feet. "Okay old man, let's go." she nodded, taking off towards Ruby.

 

Karchit casually inspected the sickle of Zuiden's weapon. He rubbed his finger along the edge of the blade. "And what of the mages and Shapers? How powerful are they?"
