I already told you, Chains resolve in REVERSE Order. Rekindling becomes Chain Link 1, Imperial Order becomes Chain Link 2, Mystical Space Typhoon becomes Chain Link 3. So in reverse, Mystical Space Typhoon resolves and stops Imperial Order, Imperial Order tries to resolve but can't, Then Rekindling resolves.
