Actually, If one of my facedowns is not a Counter Trap you're given priority to use Brionac's effect even if I have the ability to chain.

 

Uhhhhh okay... (ya lost me)

You have the chance to use Brionac's effect before I can activate my Bottomless Trap Hole or other facedown cards if I have any chainable ones.
