Normally you'd be able to summon too, but that card doesn't work for Synchro summons since they aren't in your Deck, Grave or Hand, fortunately.
I lose 1000 LP after this, 10000.

Now i activate one of my facedowns:


Now i tune him and the 3 tuningwares, using their effects to make their levels 2, and synchro summon:


I do not activate his effect however.
Now, since the three tuningwares were used, i get 3 cards.

Sending back to my Dragion back to extra deck and special summoning:


LP is 11000, hand 5.
Now i tune then back:


Drawning 3 more cards in the process, hand is 8.
I activate his effect this time, destroying Spell Absorption and my other facedown.
I chain that facedown to him:

He can now attack 3 times this turn.

I didn't expect there to be skilled duelists like this on KHV. I was blind-sighted. I'll be back with the best deck strategies I can come up with. You can count on that much. But for now...

But I still have Formula Synchron so I activate Quillbolt hedhehog's effect in my graveyard!



I tune Level 2 Formula Synchron with Level 2 Quillbolt Hedheog and two level 1 Tunignwares!

Now I play Change of Heart and I target Elemental Hero Tornado!
