You can't set a field spell because you already had one on the field...You have to set field spells facedown in your Field Spell Zone...In order to have set A Legendary Ocean you would've had to have used your Field Spell slot and gotten rid of Umiruka.

Anyway,

Actually, unless I'm wrong, the first field spell isn't destroyed until the next one is activated. A Legendary Ocean wasn't activated. Only set.

I thought you had to set a Field Spell in the Field Spell zone though? I may be wrong.

But you set it outside of your Field Spell Zone. You aren't allowed to do that. Plus you posted the image of Umiruka still in your Field Spell Zone so I had no way of knowing.
