Actually, as far as i know, it'd still send it to the graveyard, but just get redirected to Removed From Play zone isntead of not being able to use it's effect.

No, Dimensional Fissure DOES stop things like Honest. Dimensional Fissure stops ALL cards that have effects which have "discard to the Graveyard" or "send to the Graveyard" as costs.

To be more specific: Discarding Honest from the hand is a cost. No card that has a cost can be played or activated if you do not meet the requirements to pay the cost. For example, You cannot activate Brain Control if you have less than 800 LP. And you cannot activate Pot of Avarice if you do not have at least 5 monsters in your graveyard. Thus, you cannot activate the effect of Honest which increases ATK, since you cannot send it to the Graveyard as a cost because of Dimensional Fissure.

 

I don't really see how they CAN dub it. I watched the entire thing, and there's in no way they can dub it unless they completely change everything.

Take Darkness's (Nightshroud's) true form, for example...
