then I summon Junk sychron!

Now I tune my level 2 speed Warrior with my level 3 Junk synchron, to synchro summmon

Junk Warrior in ATK mode!

now I use his effect to gain ATK poinnts equal to level 2 or lower monsters used in the tune! since Speed Warrior had 900 ATK and he's lv. 2 , Junk Warrior gains 900 ATK points! Now he has 3200!
Next I put two Facedowns and end my turn, did I do that right?>>

It's true Junk Warrior gains ATKk equal to Level 2 or lower monsters but you used Double SUmmon, getting Speed Warrior out and Junk SYnchron then you tuned them together to Synchro Summon Junk Warrior whose effect activates if there a face-up Level 2 or lower monster on the field you control other than himself, so therefore he doesn't gain the power boost since you used a Level 3 and level 2 to summon him.
