well I would say Exeeds are more splashable then synchros due to the fact that they dont even need tuners to work xD
so it makes it easier to add to any old deck.
thats probably the only thing useful for those things though >_>...
other then the ranks and material not counted as being on field of course lol.
plus its pretty nice since numbers 39 hope has the same Atk as stardust dragon but only need 2 level 4 monsters that doesnt need to be tuners.

 

want to know what else has the same attack as stardust? Summoned Skull. what to know what has more attack than stardust, and is easier to summon? Goyo Guardian. want to know what else has as much atk as stardust? Guardian of Order. 2500 atk isn't very impressive, and neither is 39's effect.
on another note, I just thought of something... can exceeds be summoned with tokens? If so, what happens to the tokens? usually they cease to exist when removed from the field, but would being overlayed leave them?

too bad. it would make level one exceeds easy.. I chain to your end phase with scapegoat, and the overly them all into an awesome monster :D

 

Could you? I chained it to my draw phase so I thought you didn't have horse in the race, unless you chained before the draw phase...idk.. Either way once I activated Xu Yen ching whatever you couldn't activate your facedowns, I would think anyways.

 

L&D negates his effect, reducing his Attack to 2300.

Like i said, you activated it at the draw phase of your turn.
It would be unchainable if you used it at the end pahse of his turn, because then the next turn condition for traps wouldn't be fullfilled.

 

Except you can't Special Summon during the same turn you use Scapegoat...
