My hand started at one, five face-downs. you used trunade, I chained rainbow life, getting rid of the card in my hand, jar of greed, and two accumulated fortunes, netting me five cards, plus my fifth face-down returns is six.

 

Guess I assumed it's rulings were the same as Call of The Haunted...

And are you sure you're right about being able to chain a 2nd Accumulated Fortune to the first? That sounds pretty fishy to me...I found nothing like that on netrep...

here's the link I gave in the post where I used two. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Accumulated_Fortune you can use two of a chain card because they aren't in the chain until after they activate.

 

OOC: I think that ruling is fake...I never saw that on netrep...That ruling completely defies logic...Accumulated Fortune was in the chain...So it would automatically become a part of the chain right then...So how would you be able to chain a 2nd one?

The text says "You cannot activate this card if multiple cards/effects with the same name are in that chain.". I think he's saying that you can activate a second Accumulated Fortune because the second one isn't in the chain until it's already been activated.
