If I give it all at once, it seems more impressive, and so the chance of someone going to try and go find something to disprove it is smaller, so the chance of it being excepted is higher.

only in non-random. Almost every card worth dodging the condition on is a dead draw if you draw it.

stratos is either an easy plus one, or a harder to negate MST, stuck to a monster, Super poly has already been discussed, Stratos can draw disk commander as it's plus one, combo destiny draw, you have a nice grave monster in addition to your plus one, add super poly, it's -1 neutralizes to 0, absolute zero is effectively a costless raigeki, if you play it right, and parallel world fusion is both an easy recycle for banished cards, and summons you a nice monster.

E-heroes are supposed to be flexible, if they can be destroyed by a pair of limits, and a pair of semi-limits, they deserve it.
