I think they banned trish because of the machine duplicate tuningware junk synchron desynchro combo.

And the Infernity loop.

BTW: They banned bulb and spore because of the xyz synchro deck. But it now can use emergency teleport.

 

Yeah I mean I would've thought they'd ban Brio instead...At least that's what I was expecting...

Nonetheless this next format is nothing short of unacceptable and that's why I'm not going to play it.

 

Thats why I said they should have limited Desynchro than ban Trish.

 

Well, limiting desynchro wouldn't have done much. In a Deck based around it with normal spell cards you can recycle it and do the same again and again.

And the Deck will surely search for it.

Maybe banning Desyncheo would do the job.

its already broken enough using 3 tuningware and T.G. Hyper Librarian.
Librarian draw 1, tuningwares draw 3, and you do that 3 more times due to having 3 desynchros.
meaning you would lose 3 to draw 12!
and if that was to synchro summon a Trishula...
thats -3 on opponents field, in his hand, and in his grave.
it may be hard, but its perfectly possible to use 3 tuningware with T.G. and 3 desynchs.

 

search.. Desynch? but.. are there any cards that can search it besides gold sarc and the card that's basically the same?

 

I think there are more cards which lets you add a spell card to your hand.
I forgot their names, but there are more cards that can search Desynch.
I'm not sure how that would work correctly though, but I have yet to try using them.

 

I met that deck at Dueling Network. He also used a card which deals damage depending on normal spells in your gave. That hurts hard.

Another card which could abuse this is trident dragon, just draw dark hole + heavy storm, then synchro it and gg.

 

a nice five card combo.. I'd like to suggest you skip the chance to be negated and draw all five pieces of exodia instead.

and when you can summon Dark Sage in a meta deck, call me.

 

That's assuming you CAN draw them cuz you might not you know.

 

it's also assuming you can pull off a level nine synch using only dragons the turn you nuke your own field using two limited cards, and it'-- wait.. we're still talking about desynch, right? how does desynch help trident?

 

That is a terrible card...NOBODY uses Dark Sage...What on earth do you mean?

Trident is something like your finisher. If you have cleared the field with desyn trish(which will sadly be banned) or junk destroyer(ololol), you can then synchro for stardust and maybe add a lvl 2 dragon tuner for win.

I know, a bit unrealistic, but can work.

 

I'd suggest replacing Trish with Mist Wurm.

 

I recommend skipping the chance to be negated, and drawing exodia instead.
