I stopped dueling because I have to stuff to do, and frankly, I went through like 50 decks.I can't even think of anymore decks to fail at.I just suck at this game so I've stopped. I'll only duel people at this arena on DN.

But yeah everyone should stop caring about the banlist, because really, complaining about two torrential is sort of hypocritical if you've said that you don't want to take up deck slots. How would run Torrential at 2/ unless its like lock down or burn or OTK.Maybe I feel this way because the only card I use that got banned is Dustshoot, but Y'know, They are a company :P

This is ridiculous and unfair. Trap Dustshoot I can understand. But Glow Up Bulb? Really now? That's a perfectly fair card...nothing broken about it...It's official. Konami has no idea what they're doing anymore. And while I'm at it I should also add that what they did to Ra is nothing short of unforgivable.

 

What did they do to ra?

I didn't realize you cared about Glow-up Bulb, I mean seeing as you only fuse.

 

Ra had the effect of getting atk other than paying LP...
but now it's just paying LP for it's atk.

 

Well yeah but I really liked running that card in my Lightsworn Deck...

Basically they turned it from being a god card to a "godawful" card...

Well guys, I've got some news I've been meaning to tell you:

I know my girlfriend wants me to keep Dueling in RPs with her so I suppose we could start an RP here and I COULD still Duel that way...

 

If you recall we tried that.. and failed disastrously.

there are certain cards that are very very good cards, and when used correctly will usually generate advantage. Cards like this include: Monster Reborn (limited) which is never worse than net zero, and you can almost always get a free powerful monster with it; Solemn Judgment (limited) net zero, but can stop anything your opponent can do, including moves that would generate advantage for them; Trap Dust-shoot (banned) Net zero, but can stop them gaining advantage, and allows you to see their hand; Pot of Avarice (limited) if you have five or more monsters in your grave, you can return five to your deck for a plus one; Dark Hole (limited) + 1 for every monster they have, -1 for each you have; and Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning (limited) banish a light and a dark from the grave for a 3000 beater that can attack twice, or banish a monster. If you compare Torrential Tribute to them, it's better than most, although not always directly, yet they are all limited or banned, while it is now only semi-limited. It's like Dark Hole, only it can be used during your opponent's turn. All of these cards should be included to their max if you're using a deck that is capable of using them.

 

I think there's a way it can work though. If people will just get their acts together and try to actually be like the character they're trying to be. I vote we do an RP based on the events that happened after Bonds Beyond Time. You know, Where Jaden and Yugi haven't yet gone back to the past. That way I can still be Jaden.

 

Problem is, most people have lost interest in this arena.
we should probably revive the arena before RPing as there's limited activity here now...
I remember the last RP failed because it probably got too confusing or one person wasn't on that much to reply to an important role...which stopped the RP for far too long.

 

well actually the rps on the other site only take 2-3 people and only last 2-3 hours that finishe
the last one i was in was with joey vs jaden and carly i miss joey his deck inspired me ...

But what I was thinking was like

Gold (Sarcouawhatever) To bring a day breaker (Special) Summon 3 (By some miracle) Dark hole the field, Maybe even have two previous LIGHT monsters and synch them to Black rose (more light in grave) to Direct with 1 or more Lightray.

Thats really all I have and not enough to build a around XD
