The Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Duel Arena 8.0!

That might not be entirely true. I mean. Leviathin Dragon can have 3000 attack and it's only a rank 3. The only thing keeping it from being too overpowered is that you can't direct attack when it doesn't have a Xyz material. And Utopia also has 2500 atk and it's only rank 4. And there's also that number card that has 3000 attack, but you take damage every turn if you don't remove a material.

Wait, how is it that you don't like 60 card decks, and now you're doing 80 cards? Even I have to say that's a bit much

 

With Number 17 that's only because of it's effect. Plus you can't attack directly then. But with these cards there's no drawback to that power and it's their original ATK so I think they should be Rank 8.

The Arena is very different from the real game...In The Arena it's a better idea to use a deck with more cards to help avoid deckingout...

 

I've used decks that are bigger than 80(please don't ask) and I actually managed to hold my own in a duel during a little competition. But after that I figured that because I had no idea how to make a deck, and I basically stuffed every card i had in it, I decided to hang out and watch everyone else. But seriously, that duel went on forever. Even though I had such a huge amount of cards, I kept drawing what I needed. Although, I'm never making a deck bigger than 60 cards again. And even now I'm trying to make 45 my limit with deck building now. Either way, I thought I saw you put somewhere that you could only have decks in the arena that are 40 to 60 cards. Or am I just imagining that?

 

First of all you really need to stop trying to impress me. No victory you have against videogame AI or random scrubs is ever going to impress me. Even if these people play in tournaments that really doesn't impress me. I'm not very good at this game at all. And there are still people who play in tournaments that even I can beat. Wanna know how to impress me? Top at your locals. Don't even win, just get in the top 5, and I will be impressed.

who says I was trying to impress anyone? Just me telling a little story from when I was younger, and could actually play yugioh in real life. My cards are so out of date I wouldn't be able to do much of anything now. And that wasn't exactly very nice, saying random scrub. They're people, and they're not just things. And maybe you should tone down a little, because truthfully, even if you can beat people from tournaments, that doesn't impress me either. You could be the best in the world and I wouldn't be impressed. Nothing about yugioh can impress me, because there are plenty of harder things out there that make yugioh look rediculously easy. And I'm not talking about card games either.

And yeah I agree with that. Games that are all about skill are much harder in my opinion. This game really doesn't take much skill. It's not that hard to "max out" if you know what I mean.

What I mean is that it only takes a little bit of playing on a competitive level before you reach a point where you really can't get any better than you are.

 

I never get better than I already am.
But i just got trolled by this guy on Yugioh Online. He activated dark hole(just a troll card) and summoned by dark magician from the grave. Probably won't keep it installed long though, because you actually have to pay to get any more cards. So I'm stuck with what little useless cards i have

 

if you're trying to see how out-dated your deck is, don't duel against someone who uses an old deck. No offense to E-Heroes, they're great cards, and can match my Fables without being cheap, but they're not exactly recent. You'd probably want to face someone using stuff like Wind-up, or Holy Marks, or, if you're willing to be trolled, Inzektors.

 

me and Brooklyn use Holy Marks, I know he also made an Inzektor deck, and don't you use Wind-Up?

 

I do not. I was planning on making them, as I thought they looked cool.. and then I saw the wind-up loop, and they were forever ruined for me. I run Holy Mark in random, but I think Mako meant non-random. Hmm.. Maybe I could turn Windups without the loop into an arena deck.. I'll have to look into that.

 

what do you mean loop? And I could probably turn my Holy Mark into a non-random deck easily. Especially since it means I can use all the cards that I don't use in the random

 

summon Zenmaity with Hunter, or while hunter is in the grave. detach hunter if he's attached to SS Rat from the deck. Tribute Mighty to force opponent to discard. summon hunter with rat and overlay. Repeat until out of rats and/or Zenmaities

 

You're right, that is the smart thing to do. Some people I know like to innovate their old decks with new strategies though, and Jaden's the only member I recognize here anymore (where is everybody?!), and he usually helps me with my water decks. But I'm up to duel anyone really.
