Dark Magician of Chaos let's you get one back at no cost. And he's Banned. Spell Recycling is considered a very threatening thing.

 

Can't you technically spell recycle with something like Spell Reclamation of something? And I still can't spell

Exactly, So I figured I should give her a balanced effect. Alef's attacks involved using spells at a powerful but balanced rate in the game she's from.

 

Yea, All three of them seem like great, well balanced cards. All I want to know, is if/how you are going to incorporate promotions.

Well I hadn't really thought about creating their promoted forms. I can't really find any artwork for those.

Because that's what I do. I see something interesting, then I learn about it, then I forget about it a week or so later.

 

Really? You've never heard of Legend of Dragoon? You should look it up, it's got a great story and characters. And I'm pretty sure I'd make them broken, but if you made them they might be pretty decent. And also I can't really explain it because of how big it is, and i'd probably forget a few details. I mean, I can remember every peice of the story off the back of my hand, but typing it all would take forever

What could be better?

 

Either make it a Rainbow Neos OTK or don't.
Edit: If you go for a Rainbow Neos OTK, I recommend using one rainbow and one rainbow dark. Sometimes Dark World runs mind crush, and that makes it less likely they'll mess you up.
