    I told you I suck at making decks from scratch didn't I? I'm probably better off with a 60 card deck like my blackwings than a 40 card deck I made from scratch

    he kept using damage dealing spell cards and comboing them keeping me from doing anything. Quite literally. I got 3 cards on the field and lost because of those cards.
    Maybe if I was using Blackwings, sure, I'll take it, but let's not do that when I'm trying to work with a new deck

    Are they called burn just because of the type of cards?
    And how the heck does it work anyways, do all the cards literally just take LP out of you? Hmph, I hate those kinds of cards. I'd prefer to do direct attacks and stuff
    And how do they get better or worse?

    Yeah Burn Decks focus on Effect Damage instead of Battle Damage. I'm REALLY surprised I haven't seen any of those in the SJC and YCS lists...They're so competitive it's ridiculous! They can kill you really fast and they can even FTK...

    And lol me too.

    EDIT: At first I wondered if my mentor was just kidding when he said they sucked...They're one of the toughest decks in the entire game...I'm really surprised to see how they've hardly been touched on the banlist...

    Yup, it's official, I couldn't save my life if I had to make a deck from scratch. I just suck at them. This is why I work on already made decks and just rework them into my own style

    you guys remember that Destiny Hero deck I used here? I did try that when I first started DN, and it actually did really badly. Should have taken the hint right there. Maybe I should just make custom cards instead of dueling now. I seem to do better at that than anything else lately
